Cost of defrost board removed with purchase of new equipment. Outdoor unit needs replaced.. Estimate attached with adjusted price. Almost lost his business bc of his past experiences with us, this needs done right.

POF for defrost board. Getting 24v but not sending to contactor
Ac has a leak, missing a lot of freon
Ac has contaminated lines, the pressures are way off, even if they go repair route, the system is 9 years old that’s been running on contaminated refrigerant and I can’t guarantee how long it would last, reccomend replacing the system
1.4 picocuries radon level Very low and satisfactory
Ac needs to have a draw band installed into the furnace and coil, it’s missing airflow setting the pressures way off
Outlet for sewage ejector pump does not work. Plugged into other outlet and pump started working. Need electrician
customer wants to hold off on doing anything right now and will let us know when they are ready and have made a decision
Perform plumbing maintenance. Found sump pump run incorrectly on flexible pipe also draining into a trap. Right on levels were high. Gave customer estimate to rerun sump pump line did not want to proceed.
Installed customer supplied faucet. Both shutoff valves spraying water when used. Replaced hot and cold shutoffs, hot side dishwasher tee, installed faucet, and supplied and installed stainless soap dispenser for 4th hole cover.
Performed plumbing maintenance. Completed maintenance checklists.
