Upon receiving the service request, I promptly identified the necessary parts for the repair. I coordinated with the supplier to ensure timely delivery, keeping the customer informed throughout the process. Once the parts arrived, I meticulously inspected each component to confirm they met our quality standards. I then proceeded to integrate the new parts into the system, ensuring everything was securely and correctly installed. After the repair, I conducted a thorough test to verify the system's functionality and efficiency. The customer was satisfied with the swift and effective resolution of their issue.
I provided an estimate for the necessary repairs on the walk-in cooler. This included a thorough inspection of the unit's insulation, door seals, and refrigeration system. I identified potential issues such as refrigerant leaks, worn-out seals, and inefficient insulation. The estimate detailed the required parts and labor, ensuring transparency and clarity for the client. I also provided recommendations for preventive maintenance to avoid future issues.
Upon inspection, the air conditioning system exhibited signs of a refrigerant leak, which was confirmed through a thorough pressure test. To address this, I meticulously pressurized the system to identify the exact location of the leak. Using specialized equipment, I detected the leak and documented its position. Following this, I provided a detailed estimate for the necessary repairs, including the replacement of any damaged components and the refilling of the refrigerant to optimal levels. This comprehensive approach ensures the system will function efficiently and effectively once repairs are completed.
Upon arrival, the system was experiencing low pressure. I added 1.5 pounds of 404a refrigerant to the system. I thoroughly inspected the line set and indoor unit to locate any potential leaks but found none. After ensuring there were no leaks, I recharged the system to the appropriate pressure. If any further issues arise, the customer has been instructed to contact us for additional assistance.

During the recent maintenance visit, we conducted a thorough evaluation of the air conditioning system. We initiated the session by inquiring about any specific concerns the customer might have had. The condition of the furnace filter and evaporator coil was assessed, and we recorded the blower amp draw. We also ensured proper airflow by inspecting the cleanliness of the condenser coil outside. Additionally, we examined the electrical components of the condenser for any signs of burnt or loose wires and verified the microfarad readings on the capacitor. Finally, we confirmed that the refrigerant pressures were within the correct range to guarantee optimal system performance
Ac is running good, no issues, ready for the summer
Furnace ran low on propane, the furnace candlewick and Blu so all throughout the furnace and clogged it up
NEED TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE HEAT EXCHANGER AND INSTALL LP CONVERSION KIT FOR FURNACE. PARTS AND LABOR ARE UNDER WARRANTY.
