Install of the radon mitigation system has been poor from the start. Still don’t know repeat levels after a month and multiple visits by techs. Communication between staff also needs improvement

Our hot water tank flush got done but the process was not smooth. This is the second year in a row that they have not notified a technician that we have a tankless system leading to delays in getting the job done. I have told scheduling both times I scheduled and the message does not seem to be relayed. Dave arrived during the appointment window. He did make a mess on the wall and floor with where the drain is located on the system. He did let me know what happened and grabbed one of our 5 gallon bucks to catch the water after. I was disappointed to find that after Dave left he left the puddle of water on the floor and the 5 gallon bucket stuck under one of condensation pipes I believe. It was a quarter of the way filled with vinegar and water. It took 2 bath towels to clean up his mess. Being 35 weeks pregnant, it was disappointing that he did not clean up after himself and I was left on my hands and knees on the cement slab cleaning up what he should have done. He didn’t even ask for a towel after causing the mess.

He showed up on time and was friendly, but said that the repairs would cost $4000.00 or I could just get a new furnace. The next repairman found the issue and repaired the furnace for $600.00.
Dave is always thorough and explains what he is doing! We are happy to have him continue to work with us. Scheduling is also easy and quick.

Dave Atha came to our house and gave us great insight as to what was likely causing our skunk smells. He also gave us great education on how to clean our AC unit and maintain our system.
I was hired to install a furnace and vent in a home. I started by removing the old furnace and vent and installing the new furnace and vent. I then connected the gas line and tested the furnace to ensure it was working properly. Finally, I cleaned up the work area and left the home in good condition.
I arrived at the customer's home and performed a thorough inspection of their heating and cooling system. I checked the temperature split, amps and ohms, wiring, pressures, and radon test. I also sprayed off the coil and performed a thorough cleaning.
I was called to a home to replace a leaking Schrader valve. Upon arrival, I found that the valve was leaking and had to be replaced. I also added 3 pounds of refrigerant to the system and replaced the filter.
Arrive, ran unit in AC and checked for a temperature split, checked amps and ohms on both units, check wiring, check pressure on outside unit, did radon test
Upon investigation, the system that is installed is improperly sized towards environment. There’s not enough make up air to operate this type of on-demand water heater system. The system needs more volume and turn this caused safety feature to lock the system out due to not enough make up air. The flame vapor sensor is out at this time unfortunately due to the confined space even if it is replaced, this will not permanently fix the problem. This water heater has a maximum output for a standard sized home with up to three bathrooms and it is installed in an application with one bathroom and less than 600 ft.² system is oversized for its application.

Defrost drain plugged. Took off and cleared trap. Thawed ice and verified it is draining properly.

Schrader valve leaking and changed out straighter valve input 3.5 pounds of 410 a in system. System has a 19° temp split and is working properly.
Unit had bad capacitor put new capacitor on unit and it’s up and running properly need to collect from landlord
