Trevon was wonderful meet in appearance pleasant in personality wonderful experience overall
Our hot water tank flush got done but the process was not smooth. This is the second year in a row that they have not notified a technician that we have a tankless system leading to delays in getting the job done. I have told scheduling both times I scheduled and the message does not seem to be relayed. Dave arrived during the appointment window. He did make a mess on the wall and floor with where the drain is located on the system. He did let me know what happened and grabbed one of our 5 gallon bucks to catch the water after. I was disappointed to find that after Dave left he left the puddle of water on the floor and the 5 gallon bucket stuck under one of condensation pipes I believe. It was a quarter of the way filled with vinegar and water. It took 2 bath towels to clean up his mess. Being 35 weeks pregnant, it was disappointing that he did not clean up after himself and I was left on my hands and knees on the cement slab cleaning up what he should have done. He didn’t even ask for a towel after causing the mess.
Response from Dor-Mar Heating & Air Conditioning:
We apologize for the mislabeling of your Job type Samantha, we have updated the system to show you have a tankless system. We will also be sure to have a conversation with the tech in regards to leaving a mess in your home.
Brad showed up on time. Took care of our issue quickly. Didn’t try to upsell us and explained everything he did. I highly recommend the service package they offer. It’s worth the money.
He showed up on time and was friendly, but said that the repairs would cost $4000.00 or I could just get a new furnace. The next repairman found the issue and repaired the furnace for $600.00.
Dave is always thorough and explains what he is doing! We are happy to have him continue to work with us. Scheduling is also easy and quick.
Dave was great and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and was up front and honest. I would like to him for all my service issues. He is a great asset to your company.
Dave Atha came to our house and gave us great insight as to what was likely causing our skunk smells. He also gave us great education on how to clean our AC unit and maintain our system.
Arrived, found control board had power going to it but not sending out power wet inside unit couldn’t test anything else since control board is bad
Arrived, ran unit in ac and checked for a temperature drop, checked amps and ohms on both units, checked wiring, checked pressures on outside unit, sprayed off coil, did a radon test
During the recent maintenance visit, we conducted a thorough evaluation of the air conditioning system. We initiated the session by inquiring about any specific concerns the customer might have had. The condition of the furnace filter and evaporator coil was assessed, and we recorded the blower amp draw. We also ensured proper airflow by inspecting the cleanliness of the condenser coil outside. Additionally, we examined the electrical components of the condenser for any signs of burnt or loose wires and verified the microfarad readings on the capacitor. Finally, we confirmed that the refrigerant pressures were within the correct range to guarantee optimal system performance.
NEED JAYDEN TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE FAN FOR RADON SYSTEM PARTS AND LABOR ARE UNDER WARRANTY. THIS IS A NEW INSTALL.
Mitigation fan has failed , we will install a new fan under warranty
3 year parts A radon mitigation system was successfully installed, completed without issue, and is fully operational. Post-installation testing confirmed strong and consistent suction levels across the sub-slab area. The system includes a properly sealed suction point, a schedule 40 PVC piping system routed to the exterior, and a radon-specific fan. All components meet local building codes and EPA guidelines. The system is also equipped with a U-tube manometer to monitor ongoing performance, and all electrical and labeling requirements were satisfied. The installation is considered complete, code-compliant, and effectively reducing radon levels.

Water heater maintenance flush. Already have radon mitigation
Call customer son got voicemail. Left a message. Waiting on return call
There is evidence that the AC was working before the power went out. The drain from the AC is wet. The main power is out to the house. We tried to reset the breaker I did no good. I went ahead and put us in a locking caps on it because it did not have any it also needs a secondary drain put on it. Tenant will let us know when the power is back on. There is plastic vent hose on the dryer that is mentioned for bathroom vents only it is not for dryer vents that get hot. It could cause a fire.
Toilet in hallway leaking from seal when flushed. Pulled and reset toilet. Not enough wax used/ bolts weren’t tight. Exhaust vent for water heater was missing cleanout cap so put one in.
