i like that dor mar is local n family run thats why i chose u guys i think the pricees on the ac unit n the hot water tank that i purchased was a little high but the customer service that i got was top notch very happy with the products n the service i received will highly reccomend u guys to everyone brad who did the inspection of install was very good with info andswerd all my questions and i believe he shud get credit of my hot water tank we talked bout it when he did the follow up on my ac unit last year

They shown up on time they were professional polite courtesy they explain all the questions that I had they cleanup there mess n took it with them doug n dave was very good n helpful I was told the sales rep I would have a diff water heater cus they were having problems with the Rheem brand but th installers brought me the Rheem said they switched wholesalers in the last 2 months had no problems I hope they are correct

I help a customer out with his warranty for his new system and set a ac maintenance for Groveport Ohio
need to return with a AX49 belt . System broke belt and going out on high limit. Please. Schedule us back out here the first of the week to install new belt. Left Kyle a voicemail
Cut out two tees that went to nothing. Cut out old gate valve for main after meter. Replaced with new ball valve. Had city turn water back on to test for leaks. Found no leaks at this time. Customer paid with check
Return to install new Bradford white water heater. Ran whole line and copper instead of using flex line. Reattach the gas and tested and found no leaks at this time. Fired up water heater tested for leaks and found no leaks at this time. Customer paid with check with other job for main shut off
Water heater flushed good, no issues, ready for winter
Changed filters on rtu units and cut to size all hog hair filters 80 of them
Spoke to customer upon arrival. Expressed concern about week from dielectric unions on water heater. Found hot side o ring missing from dielectric union. Found cold side dielectric union never completely tightened. Cut and replaced dielectric unions with female adapters. Coupled waterlines back together. Tested to find no leaks at this time. Customer paid with card
