I was called to a home to clean out and replace a 3 ft section of a drain pipe. The pipe was old and rusted, and it was causing a blockage in the drain. I removed the old pipe and replaced it with a new one, ensuring that it was properly sealed and functioning correctly.
I recently completed a job for a customer who needed a new kitchen faucet and kitchen sink disposal installed. The job also required reworking the drain pipe to the disposal. The total cost of the job was $350, which included up to 3 hours of labor and all necessary materials. The customer was very pleased with the results and expressed gratitude for the quality of my work.
I am a skilled professional that works for a Dor-Mar Heating & Air Conditioning company. I recently completed a furnace maintenance job. During the maintenance, I checked the operation of the system, cleaned carbon buildup off the flame sensor, and checked the amp draw of the blower and inducer motor.
I am a highly skilled home service professional. I recently completed a job that involved installing five new easy trap clean outs. The customer, Kyle, approved the job over the phone and I was able to schedule an appointment for the installation. When I arrived at the customer's home, I began by removing the old trap clean outs and disposing of them properly. I then installed the new easy trap clean outs, making sure they were securely in place. Once the installation was complete, I tested the traps to ensure they were working properly. The customer was very pleased with the results and thanked me for my work. I am proud of the work I did and I am grateful for the opportunity to provide home service to my customers. I look forward to completing more jobs in the future.
I was called to a home to repair a broken air conditioner. Upon arrival, I found that the unit had frozen over due to a power outage. I turned on the fan to melt the ice and then informed the homeowner that I would need to return to make the necessary repairs once the unit had thawed. I also offered to provide a temporary solution to keep the home cool until the repairs could be made.
I was called to a home to repair a drain issue. Upon arrival, I found that the system drain pan was full of dirt and debris. I removed the drain pan and cleaned it out. The system was operating and draining as it should. I spoke with Kyle, the homeowner, on the phone and he approved easy trap clean outs. I replaced the drain pan and the system is now operating as it should.
I arrived at the customer's home to perform a routine maintenance check on their AC unit. I ran the AC to ensure it was blowing cold air and checked the evaporator coil for any signs of freeze-up. I found a dirty coil and cleaned it off with a spray cleaner. I then checked the condenser coil and found it to be dirty as well. I ordered the necessary parts to replace the TXV and scheduled a return visit to complete the repair.
I was called to a home to inspect a condensation issue in the duct work. Upon arrival, I found that the customer did not have his dehumidifier running. I advised the customer to turn it on and checked the entire system. I found that everything was working fine.
I am a highly skilled home service professional. I recently completed a job replacing an existing ice machine with a customer-supplied ice machine. This involved hauling away the old ice machine and installing the new one. The installation process took two technicians three hours to complete, including programming and scheduling the unit. If you need this service, please accept the estimate, and I will schedule it for you. Thank you, Ron.
