i like that dor mar is local n family run thats why i chose u guys i think the pricees on the ac unit n the hot water tank that i purchased was a little high but the customer service that i got was top notch very happy with the products n the service i received will highly reccomend u guys to everyone brad who did the inspection of install was very good with info andswerd all my questions and i believe he shud get credit of my hot water tank we talked bout it when he did the follow up on my ac unit last year

I was called to a home to inspect a condensation issue in the duct work. Upon arrival, I found that the customer did not have his dehumidifier running. I advised the customer to turn it on and checked the entire system. I found that everything was working fine.

I am a home service technician, and I recently completed a job that involved changing filters in all the units, changing cut-to-fit filters, checking belts, cleaning coils, and cleaning the coil in the ice machine. I also checked the air handler and cleaned the evaporator coil.
Arrived, went downstairs and found a rip in the insulation of the refrigeration pipe, put insulation tape around the bear spot, found that PVC for drain line was disconnected. Reconnected drain line unit is draining properly.
Replace hose Bibb. Cut access in drywall. Dormar does not repair drywallr
Took apart a coil and sprayed cleaner on coil brushed coil, turned unit on and let it dry, put back together and taped air leaks
