Technician is fine. I’ve had new havac system for 2 years and it has been nothing but a nightmare.. It got installed by non hvac certified employees. Compressor went out in 1st year in air conditioning unit. Now control panel is out in heater. They can e 5 days later with the part now say it’s throwing another code. So he rerouted the system so emergency heat would come on. It came on but once it shut off it would not come on again. So now with temps going to the 20’s we still have no heat. System should be replaced or money given back so I can get a company that knows how to put a new unit in.

I am a sales lead for Dor-Mar Heating & Air Conditioning. I received a call from a customer who reported a wet floor in their basement. I went to the customer's home and inspected the floor. I found that the floor was wet and that the tiles were lifting. I checked the sewer line and found that the floor was wet at the sewer line and that the cleanout was clogged. I recommended that the customer call a plumber to clean the drain and possibly replace the cleanout.
I was called to a home to inspect and repair a furnace that was not working properly. Upon arrival, I found that the furnace was running, but the blower speed was low. I checked the filter and found that it was dirty, so I changed it. After that, I raised the blower speed to the recommended level and the furnace started working properly.
