Preston was kind, fast and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix our problem. He also went above and beyond to ensure the unit was working properly when he left.
Trevon was helpful and punctual. He answered my questions about the humidity and did a thorough job servicing my AC.
Everything was checked out thoroughly on this scheduled maintenance! We talked about things to consider as one of my units are getting is getting some age to it. No complaints at all!
Anthony showed up, ran the snake through the cleanout, and was on his way. Real polite guy. Professional as well. Nothing I could complain about, he did a great job.
Steve, my tech was professional, courteous, and friendly. While at the house, he inspected my AC unit inside the house, and the heat exchanger on the outside. He checked the furnace/AC electrically, inspected the condition of the unit (furnace was installed recently by you guys this last winter), and checked the condition of the heat exchanger and the pressure readings in the system. All in all, I'm pretty confident that he knew what he was doing, and that he was thorough in his inspection. I was initially a little nervous about the inspection, as I expected him to just outright try and sell me a new system, but your tech looked at everything, gave me an honest opinion of it's serviceability, and left with a handshake. I'm impressed.
Preston Richard is very professional. He did his job efficiently and was very knowledgeable.
