As a returning customer, we reached out to request a quote for relocating a gas line. A technician came to assess the job and informed us we would receive a quote the following day with two options. What we received was a single estimate for over $6,000. I immediately called to confirm whether this was correct. I was told—both via email and phone—that someone would follow up with me. Trusting the company based on our previous experience, we remained patient. I followed up again and spoke with Jordan, who assured me that the scheduler would contact us to arrange an appointment. Another week passed with no communication. Upon calling again, the receptionist informed us that Jordan would be scheduled to come out on Friday and that we would receive a reminder. That Friday came and went—no contact, no update. Ultimately, we hired another professional who completed the work for $244.00. We will not be using Dor Mar again.
I had a small gas leak. Dor-Mar was there within 30 minutes, and took care of the problem.
Steve came out, worked with tech support, figured out the trouble and got the installer scheduled to come fix the problem.
Kevin did great, was patient with all my questions. And kept at it until it was working properly.
Dave fixed the issue. Hopefully it won’t happen again. Very nice guy, professional too.
Had a very good experience with Steve Swonger. He was very detailed and explained to me where if anything was leaking and what he did to resolve the problem.

Radon improved down to 8.95.. Customer very unhappy with service provided. Was able to ease tensions a lot & we can still get the job but price needs to come down. Expecting a phone call from Greg to resolve
Flushed electric tank and measured radon levels at 0.5-0.67 pci/L. Could not find a leak under kitchen sink l. Most ikely a cleaning product that spilled.

Return to install new water heater. Removed atmospheric water heater. That failed due to back draft. Installed power vent water heater. Ran new venting outside and away from window. Ran copper more then 12 inches up per code compliance. Ran gas to water heater. Added expansion tank due to thermal expansion. Tested to find no leaks at this time. Customer paid with cash
Spoke to customer upon arrival. Expressed concern about not having hot water. Found that venting was ran too far for the type of venting it is. The venting is also back pitching towards water heater, melting nipples, and blowing pilot light out. Recommend a customer or tankless option or power vent. Customer went for power vent
Warranty: NEED SWONGER TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE THERMOSTAT. THERMOSTAT IS UNDER WARRANTY. COLLECT PAYMENT FOR LABOR WHEN COMPLETE.
