As a returning customer, we reached out to request a quote for relocating a gas line. A technician came to assess the job and informed us we would receive a quote the following day with two options. What we received was a single estimate for over $6,000. I immediately called to confirm whether this was correct. I was told—both via email and phone—that someone would follow up with me. Trusting the company based on our previous experience, we remained patient. I followed up again and spoke with Jordan, who assured me that the scheduler would contact us to arrange an appointment. Another week passed with no communication. Upon calling again, the receptionist informed us that Jordan would be scheduled to come out on Friday and that we would receive a reminder. That Friday came and went—no contact, no update. Ultimately, we hired another professional who completed the work for $244.00. We will not be using Dor Mar again.
I had a small gas leak. Dor-Mar was there within 30 minutes, and took care of the problem.
Steve came out, worked with tech support, figured out the trouble and got the installer scheduled to come fix the problem.
Kevin did great, was patient with all my questions. And kept at it until it was working properly.
Dave fixed the issue. Hopefully it won’t happen again. Very nice guy, professional too.
Had a very good experience with Steve Swonger. He was very detailed and explained to me where if anything was leaking and what he did to resolve the problem.

I was called to replace a failed board after a failed low pressure switch. I arrived at the customer's home and confirmed that the unit was operating from the thermostat. I then removed the old board and installed a new one, ensuring that all connections were secure. After testing the unit, I confirmed that it was operating properly. The customer was very satisfied with the work and thanked me for my help.
The inducer motor is running nonstop, and the power is coming from the board to it. The board is giving a code of corroded wire or a gas valve stuck open. I need to order a control board for the furnace.
I am a highly skilled home service professional. I recently completed a job replacing the pressure switch for a furnace. The customer was very pleased with my work and paid me the agreed-upon amount upon completion. I am now looking forward to my next job.
I was dispatched to a home for a no heat call. Upon arrival, I found that the propane systems low pressure diaphragm had gone bad, not allowing the system to kick on properly. I put in a POF for a low pressure switch.
The condenser coil of a residential air conditioner was clogged with dirt and debris. I cleaned the coil and tested the system's cooling performance. The outdoor temperature was 63°F and there was no heat load on the unit, so I could not test the unit's heating performance.
I am a home service technician, and I recently completed a job at a client's home. The job was to inspect and repair a vapor sensor that was not working correctly. After inspecting the sensor, I found that it was not working properly and was causing a hard lockout. I also noticed that the sensor had an error code. I manually cleared the error code and reset the sensor, and the vapor sensor started working again.
I am a skilled professional that works for a Dor-Mar Heating & Air Conditioning company. I was called to a home to diagnose and repair a heating issue. The customer reported that the system was not heating water. I checked the pressure switch for continuity and it checked out good. I checked the vent for any blocks and cleared it. I found the problem to be the control valve. I put in a parts order form for a new valve.
The condenser unit was overcharged to prevent the evaporator from freezing. The customer reported that there was collapsed ductwork under the home. An overcharged system will prematurely wear out the compressor. I recommend calling around for someone to repair the ductwork.

Had jumper wires on system to test control board and blower motor yesterday, but found bigger electrical issue at time of testing, advised client to call a licensed electrician, but forgot to take off my jumper wires from the system.
