Great technician

Zach diagnosed the issue on our LG refrigerator quickly and the repair price is far better than purchasing a new refrigerator. The only drawback is Zach is so awesome he’s booked solid for a week, so I will patiently wait until he’s available to complete the repair. I highly recommend him.

The only tech I'd like coming to my house!

Steve was the 5th technician to come look at our AC unit and our whole-house dehumidifier. Every other tech from Dor Mar said they were unable to service our units due to access. They were all young and didn't know enough about how to solve issues. Steve not only did what it took to get to our (admittedly) difficult to reach air handler in the attic, but he went the extra mile to figure out exactly what was wrong with the dehumidifier, and didn't trust that just because it seemed to be running, that it was fixed. He listened to me when I explained what was going on and took the unit apart to really figure out what the issue was - it's what you expect a tech to do!! And he kept the cost reasonable in the process. I would request that his and only his name be who comes next time. The other techs wasted my time waiting for them during 5 different service call windows by not knowing how to figure out our situation. I hope he's able to train the next guys coming up!

Quick Response and Fix

Response time was very fast and the fix was very quick. Charges seemed a little high considering tech was on site for 10 minutes but pretty par for the course these days.
