Spoke to customer upon arrival. Customer expressed concern about water heater limit switch kicking off. Found water heater was made in May 1990. Found correct voltage going to elements. Found that top thermostat is new but bottom one is original. Both elements tested out perfectly. Recommended replacement customer wants estimates sent customer estimate. Customer paid with card

Spoke to customer upon arrival. Expressed concern about green residue on pipe. Found green residue was from flux. The flux was not wiped the way when house was originally built. Cut out the biggest spot of green residue and replaced with 2 90s and couplings. Tested to find no leak at this time. Found sump pump not working bypass float switch sump pump would still not turn on. Replaced sump pump with sump pump with alarm. Tested unit is working perfectly at this time. Customer paid with check

NEED AARON TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE THERMOSTAT FOR HVAC SYSTEM. COLLECT PAYMENT WHEN COMPLETE. Installed wireless thermostat with modular and tested system is working great.
