Very professional. Did a great job on our a/c maintenance.
I arrived at the customer's home and performed a thorough inspection of their air conditioning unit. I checked the temperature split, amps and ohms, wiring, pressures, and radon test. I also replaced the air filter and cleaned the condenser coil.
I was called to a home to replace a thermostat. Upon arrival, I noticed that the thermostat was not working properly. I checked the wiring and found that the thermostat was not receiving power. I replaced the thermostat and brought to the homeowner's attention that they needed to replace the door gasket. I also showed them how to replace the gasket.
I arrived at the customer's home to find that the air conditioner was not cooling the house. I checked the capacitor and found that it was bad. I replaced the capacitor and everything started working again. I checked the pressures and they were fine. I also checked the filter and it was clean.
I arrived at the customer's home to address a clogged drain. Upon inspection, I found that the drain pan was overflowing and the drain trap was clogged. I cleaned out the trap and the drain is now flowing smoothly. The customer is satisfied with the service.
I arrived at the customer's home to diagnose a problem with their air conditioner. Upon inspection, I found that the unit was not turning on. I checked the unit's pressure and found that it was low. I added 1 lb of 410a refrigerant to the system and the unit started working as it should.
I arrived at the customer's home to perform a routine maintenance check on their heating and air conditioning system. I ran the unit in the air conditioning mode to check for a temperature split and to ensure the system was operating efficiently. I also checked the amps and ohms of both the indoor and outdoor units to ensure they were within the manufacturer's specifications. I checked the wiring and pressure on the outside unit to ensure it was functioning properly. Finally, I performed a radon test to ensure the home was safe for the customer and their family.
The customer called to report that their home's thermostat had stopped working. I arrived at the scene and found that the unit had jumped, and the thermostat was not working. I ordered a new thermostat and installed it, and the customer was happy with the results.
Arrived at the customer's home to diagnose a problem with their air conditioning system. Upon arrival, I found that the condenser fan was running but the compressor was not. I checked the capacitor and found that it was bad. I replaced the capacitor and the unit kicked on. I then checked the pressures and took out a filter. The unit had a 20° split.
Arrived, ran in AC and checked filter and furnace, went to AC and found AC wasn’t running, found capacitor, bad replace cap capacitor and unit kicked on check pressures, pressures were good, unit had a 20° split
THE SYSTEM IS OPERATING THE WAY IT IS DESIGNED. AIR FLOW, PRESSURES AND DRAINS ARE GOOD. THE ONLY PROBLEM I SEE IS THE OPERATING ROOM HAS THE THERMOSTAT MOUNTED IN IT AND IT ALSO HAS TWO MAIN SUPPLIES AND ONE RETURN AND IS DIRECTLY BELOW THE REAR UNIT. THE FIX WOULD BE TO INSTALL TWO 2X2X6 DIFFUSSERS WITH A BUTTERFLY BAFFLE IN THEM TO SHUT DOWN 30-40% OF THE AIR GOING TO THAT ROOM. SENT OVER ESTIMATE FOR DIFFUSSERS.
Arrived found unit was low on charge, customer want to replace unit not fix it
NEED CAMERON TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE CONTROL BOARD FOR AIR HANDLER.
Arrived, ran unit and AC and checked for a temperature split, checked amps and ohms on both units, checked wiring, checked pressures on outside unit, did read on test
Arrived, checked furnace filter, filter was fine, went to ac and checked pressures found that unit was low on charge put 3 lb of r22 in system, unit had 59 degrees coming from coil
