Arrived unit was on and running in ac and went to furnace and unit kicked off, checked drain safety and found it was full, cleared out drain and unit started draining properly, watched unit run and checked wiring, checked pressures on condenser and found my pressures at 430 psi, sprayed off coils and pressures went to normal
UNIT HAD A SHORTED OUT(BAD) THERMOSTAT KEEPING THE AIR CONDITIONER RUNNING. REPLACED THERMOSTAT AND VERIFIED OPERATION. JOB COMPLETE SYSTEM UP AND RUNNING
Refilled unit with refrigerant & pumped due through system. Need return apt to dye check
Unit had a blocked drain. Cleared drain units draining as they should
Ac is slightly low on refrigerant and filters/Evaporation coil need taken better care of and cleaned
Arrived, turned unit on and checked pressures and they were good, went to furnace and found filter was dirty changed filter, unit had a supply temperature of 52 and a return of 74
The 4 split systems are in good shape I changed all the filters. No work or parts needed for those. The RTU has a cracked heat exchanger, a rotted flame retainer and burner assembly as well as the gas valve. Will need to get those parts replaced or replace the unit. I will be sending an estimate for the parts as well as a new unit so you can way your options. Thank you, Chris
Arrived, ran an AC and checked for a temperature drop, check ants and ohms on both units, check wiring on unit, check pressures on outside unit, sprayed off coil, radon was in good levels,
Arrived, turned on AC went to condenser hooked up gauges found that compressor wasn’t working had 200 V going to compressor but not working
This is an estimate to put dye into system and add 5lbs of 410a if you’re happy with this please sign and accept and we will schedule this. Thanks Adam. Need to reschedule due to weather. Put dye in systemadded 5 pounds of 410a. Found another issue with system blower motor not coming on when not jumped out economizer control board not calling for blower motor to come on. Pausing to get estimate together in the morning. Sent estimate part has a one day lead time after estimate is signed.
