Calob was knowledgeable and very helpful but sadly due to the way my mobile home was built, the work could not be done. I am a highly skilled home service professional. I recently completed a job for a client who was experiencing air leaks in their home. After thoroughly inspecting the area, I identified the source of the leak and provided a detailed explanation of the issue and the steps needed to fix it. I also provided a quote for the repair work and scheduled a time for the repair to be completed. The client was very satisfied with the work and expressed gratitude for my professionalism and expertise.
I arrived at the customer's home to perform gas furnace maintenance. I completed the checklist and found that the unit was working properly. I tested the thermostat, checked the air filter, and cleaned the burners. I also checked the gas pressure and adjusted it as needed. Finally, I tested the safety controls and made sure they were working properly. The customer was very satisfied with the service and thanked me for my help.
Arrived, ran unit in AC and checked for a temperature drop, checked amps and ohms on both units, checked wiring, check pressures on outside unit,
Performed ac maintenance. Completed maintenance checklists.
