Once again the crew did a great job with all of the removal of the duct work dust, as well as spraying the entire home upstairs downstairs and everything with a sanitizing spray. Very professional as usual the guys hit it out of the park again!

Repair heat run by the stair that goes to second floor. It has come completely detached. Seal up all air leaks and asbestos tape with duct seal. Install a uv light system and new expansion tank. Clean all ductwork
Customer reports unit freezing. Changed filter inside & cleaned both outdoor & indoor coils. Unit up & running good pressures. Sold duct cleaning
While checking operation I found system pressure was at12.5 psi. System is r22 and almost empty. Has a large leak within system. Recommend replacing this unit due to age and not being cost efficient to repair and add refrigerant. Unit is over 25 years old
Ac freezing up. Another company came out & said they don’t know why it’s freezing- High head pressure cleaned outdoor coil.. signed estimate for coil cleaning & duct cleaning.

Condensing unit fan and defrost board need to be replaced. I put in a parts order form for them. Customer is having issues with airflow to their upstairs. I’m going to check it out once we get everything fixed on the air conditioner.
