I arrived at the client's home to find that the air conditioner was not cooling the house. Upon inspection, I discovered that the thermostat was preventing the system from turning on. I checked the system thoroughly and found that the compressor had failed to meet its safety rating on the Low-Pressure Alert, indicating that the compressor was not operating properly. The client wanted to know the price of a new compressor and would reach out to us when they had discussed it.

I was called to a home in the city to fix a drain line that had been broken. Upon arrival, I found that the drain line had been broken due to something falling and causing it to break. I used a specialized tool to fix the issue and verified that the system was draining properly.

I was called to a home to replace a blower motor and capacitor for a furnace. Upon arrival, I found that the blower motor had failed and was causing the furnace to not blow air. I replaced the blower motor and capacitor and the client was cooling well at the time of service.

I am a home service technician who recently completed a plumbing project for a client. The project involved replacing a broken pipe in the kitchen. I provided an estimate for the project, which included the cost of the materials and labor. I also provided a timeline for the project, which included the date of completion and the start date. The client was pleased with the work and hired me to do additional plumbing work in their home.

This is an estimate to install a new 2 ton ductless mini split. This will include all labor and material to get the system installed and up and running. The systems are in stock and ready for installation. If you would like to have this done, please accept the estimate, and we will get this scheduled. Thank you, Ron.

I am a home service technician, and I recently completed a job for a customer. The customer had photos on file, so I called them to let them know. I then filled out a parts order form for the customer, which they approved. I am currently waiting for the parts to arrive at my shop.

I was called to a home to check on a unit that was blowing out normal temperature air instead of cold air. Upon arrival, I checked the capacitor, which was still good. I then checked the contactor, which was not shorted out on the backend. I checked the high voltage at the disconnect and found that one leg of 120 volts was missing. I went to the breaker panel and found that one leg of 120 volts had been popped. I flipped the breaker and the unit fired with good temperature split.

I am a highly skilled home service professional who recently completed a plumbing project for a client. The project involved replacing water lines and difficult access in an upstairs bathroom, as well as demoing and replacing all cast in relevance to the stack. The scope of work also included installing new fixtures in the bathroom. I am proud to say that the project was completed on time and within budget, and the client was very satisfied with the results. I am now looking forward to taking on new projects and continuing to provide excellent service to my clients.

I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I recently completed a job that involved changing filters, cleaning coils, and checking the operation of a sequence. The first step was to access the air handler unit and remove the access panel. I then removed the old filters and replaced them with new ones. Next, I cleaned the coils using a coil cleaner and a brush. Finally, I checked the operation of the sequence to ensure that it was working properly. Overall, the job was completed quickly and efficiently, and the customer was very satisfied with the results.

I was assigned to clean all condenser coils, change filters, and replace manual economizer filters in a large commercial building. I started by cleaning the coils with a high-pressure water hose, then removed and replaced the filters. I also checked the operation of the sequence Al units, which were working as they should.

I was called to a home to inspect a furnace that was blowing out air but not cold air. Upon inspection, I found that the capacitor outside had gone bad. I replaced the capacitor and fired the system up. The furnace was now blowing cold air.

I am a home service technician, and I recently completed a job at a client's home. The client reported that their air conditioning unit was not cooling, and after arriving at the scene, I discovered that the capacitor outside had been fried. I replaced the capacitor and the unit fired up. The liquid line temperature was 131°, so I cleaned off the outdoor condenser and got it down to 86°. The client was cooling at the time of service.

I arrived at the client's home to perform preventative maintenance on their heating and cooling system. I verified that the indoor airflow was good and that the blower amp draw was within specification. However, I noticed that the blower cap was out of specification, which could indicate a potential issue. I discussed this with the client and advised them to replace the blower cap when it failed. I also checked the compressor and found that it was hitting the low-side pressure regulator (LRA), which is a sign of compressor failure. Additionally, I noticed that the coil was severely rotted due to dog urine, which could be causing high-side pressure to be exceptionally high for the r22 system. The client expressed concerns about upstairs being warm while downstairs was cool, which could be due to a zoning system. I will need to put together an estimate for a zoning system for the client.
