Calob was very kind, patient and helpful. After he flushed the water heater, he asked if there was anything else I was concerned about that he could help with. He fixed two toilets and a leaky faucet for me also. I’m very impressed with Dor Mars client service! Will definitely refer to anyone who is in need.

Heat appears to running great at this time no issues found.
Fixed outdoor faucet, fixed 2 toilets, flushed out one the water heaters, the second water heater is too old and risky to flush out, cleaned out her dehumidifier
Furnace has a faulty control board. 24v is shorted to common at the board. Repair and replacement est sent

Main power runs to the linen closet upstairs in the hallway and feeds the front bedrooms Wire was loose In light in closet righted wire nut and fix customers are wanting other electrical stuff done. I told him to call in and we will put it on a time and material.
Completed tank flush unit has plastic drain valve recommended swapping it out with a brass valve. Customer was not interested.
