Dor Mar keeps my HVAC appliances in working order all year, every year. I work 3 jobs and don’t have a lot of extra time to deal with these types of things. They always give me courtesy calls to remind me when it’s time to check things each season. Makes one less thing to worry about in this fast-paced life.
Calob was very kind, patient and helpful. After he flushed the water heater, he asked if there was anything else I was concerned about that he could help with. He fixed two toilets and a leaky faucet for me also. I’m very impressed with Dor Mars client service! Will definitely refer to anyone who is in need.

I am a highly skilled home service professional. I recently completed a furnace replacement for a customer. The furnace was 20 years old and showing its age with lots of rust in the burner compartment and heat exchanger. The customer was not looking to replace the furnace this time, but I recommended that it be updated due to the agent's condition. The furnace is still functioning properly at this time, but I did recommend that it be updated due to the agent's condition.
I am a home service technician, and I recently completed a furnace maintenance job. The furnace was not producing heat, so I checked the system's operation and found that the flame sensor was dirty, causing the furnace to shut off. I cleaned the sensor and checked the amp draw of the blower and inducer motor, which were both within normal ranges. I also checked the air filter and found that it was dirty, so I replaced it. After completing the maintenance, the furnace was producing heat again, and the customer was happy with the results.
Completed ac is 20 yrs and works great no issues found.
Only changed out two fans. Customer has two more but couldn’t do it because they was broken in the box has to return them.
Completed ac appears to be working fine. Outdoor temp 64° and raining
Heat appears to running great at this time no issues found.
Fixed outdoor faucet, fixed 2 toilets, flushed out one the water heaters, the second water heater is too old and risky to flush out, cleaned out her dehumidifier
