DOR-MAR technician Aaaron Curry has completed various annual maintenance inspections at our home several times over the years. High pressure switch is stuck open. Bypassed switch for temporary cooling. Put in parts request for repair est.
NEED AARON TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE BLOWER MOTOR FOR PACKAGE UNIT. COLLECT PAYMENT WHEN COMPLETE. Replaced motor and tested cooling works
NEED HIXON TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE HEATING ELEMENTS FOR WATER HEATER.
Arrived, ran unit in ac and checked for a temperature drop, checked amps and ohms on both units, checked wiring, checked pressures on outside unit, sprayed off coil, did a radon test
Ac install, moving money around to pay with check will pay in full
Ac is working great no issues found
1st unit is a 98 r22 system leaking refrigerant and is getting replaced. 2nd unit is running great no issues found
Low pressures on arrival. Blower speed was set to med-lo increased speed to high pressures came up and look good. Amp draws and static pressures look good.
