Couldn't get my phone to take payment will need to call for payment. Lit pilot light for water heater and checked boiler to make sure it was working.
Spoke to customer upon arrival. Expressed concern about flooded basement. Found water heater not leaking at all ran water and shower and sink to figure out if leak was coming from there was not. Customer stated that the power went out late last night early this morning. Causing sump pump not to work and allowing water to back up. Gave customer estimate for battery backup system. 2 wire was pulled out of condenser probably by the weed eater. Reconnected wiring and tested condenser is running poorly. 30 yr old r22 unit low on charge. Homeowner wants to run the unit through the weekend and will follow up when he has issues.
Low volatility was miswired between the furnace and ac. Cooling works
Leak located at the furnace flex connector. Took fitting apart reseated it and tightened no other leaks found.
