I scheduled an appointment with Dor Mar at 1:46 pm today. It’s currently 3:46 and Aaron has already been here and gone. Side note I originally scheduled from 4-8 pm and they called to let me know that was considered after hours and carried an additional fee but that they could get me in earlier under regular service hours and saving me $$. Huge bonus in my book. I really appreciated Aaron’s honesty and professionalism. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

I was called to inspect a fireplace that was not working properly. Upon arrival, I found that the gas valve was not working correctly. I replaced the valve and tested the fireplace, and it was working perfectly. The customer was very happy with the service and thanked me for my help.
