Normally when you are given a window of time the attendant shows up at the end of the window, but Dave Atha was there right on time, and even could have been there earlier if we hadn't been working. It was an all around great experience. We would like to have Dave as our technician going forward.
I am a home service technician, and I recently completed a job for a customer. The customer called me to schedule a return appointment for their air conditioner after the coil thawed. When I arrived, I ran the unit in the AC mode and checked the pressures. I found that the unit was low on charge. The customer decided to go through their home warranty and will call back if needed.
I arrived at the customer's home and ran the unit and AC to check for a temperature split. I checked the amps and ohms on both units, checked the wiring, checked the pressure and outside unit, sprayed off the coil, and did a radon test.
Checked a/c it is under size for the home.

During the recent maintenance visit, we conducted a thorough evaluation of the air conditioning system. We initiated the session by inquiring about any specific concerns the customer might have had. The condition of the furnace filter and evaporator coil was assessed, and we recorded the blower amp draw. We also ensured proper airflow by inspecting the cleanliness of the condenser coil outside. Additionally, we examined the electrical components of the condenser for any signs of burnt or loose wires and verified the microfarad readings on the capacitor. Finally, we confirmed that the refrigerant pressures were within the correct range to guarantee optimal system performance
Plumbing maintenance. Asked if there were any concerns. Inspected water pipes for signs of leaks. Checked condition of flue pipe and t&p valve. Inspected burner assembly. Flushed sediment out of tank. Water tank is new and in good shape. Expansion tank is water logged. Customer said he is swapping it out himself
