Work got done very cleanly and in the time that they estimated in the quote. Duct work modifications were completed to include adding a return register to the 2nd story of our home. Ben’s work in the HVAC room was very clean-cut and cut down on the chaos in that room. Bryson was very friendly and respectful of the house and really listened to what I was wanting. Overall would definitely recommend Dor Mar to friends and family for ductwork.
I had Mack come to my home and do my ducts cleaning and he was a very nice young man and very efficient. Was willing to help me move a few heavier things out the way to get to the vents even too! Highly recommend.
David Atha answered our questions and took extra time to solve a furnace problem we were having.

Dave performed the air conditioning & heating maintenance in a timely & efficient manner. He explained everything in detail about was going on with the compressor.
On-Time, quick and explained the work done and why. Can't ask for more.

I am a home service technician, and I recently completed a job for a customer who had a faulty air conditioner. After diagnosing the issue, I recommended a new unit and provided an estimate for the cost of the replacement. The customer agreed to the replacement, and I scheduled the installation for the following day. However, the customer decided to cancel the installation at the last minute, citing a scheduling conflict. I informed the customer that I would send a new work order with the restock fee. I explained that the restock fee is a standard fee charged by the manufacturer for returned or exchanged products. The customer agreed to the restock fee and signed the work order. I completed the installation the following day, and the customer was satisfied with the results. I ensured that the new unit was properly installed and tested to ensure that it was working correctly.
