NEED SWONGER TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE DEFROST CONTROL BOARD AND HIGH AND LOW PRESSURE SWITCHES FOR HEAT PUMP. DEFROST CONTROL BOARD IS UNDER WARRANTY. COLLECT PAYMENT FOR PRESSURE SWITCHES AND LABOR WHEN COMPLETE.
Both low and high pressure switch have been spliced together in side condenser unit and is shorting out the defrost board

Motor went bad. I have a new arriving tomorrow and the motor is under warranty Please check notes and get this scheduled for tomorrow Charge labor to install new motor I let customer know that we would be here between 2-4 pm tomorrow

Sold heat pump with evaporator coil we do not need air handler it is a gas furnace with propane Make sure when installers arrive to property they go through the glass door up the steps and knock on that door to get entrance to the home, customer will be asleep in his recliner. They have to knock hard.
There is nothing I can do here customer had his buddy put a new condensing fan motor on which was wired wrong and a disconnect. The disconnect has arc out because it’s wired wrong. He is having his buddy come back to put a new circuit breaker disconnect on for him and not us I am collecting service fee. There is nothing I can do
