I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I arrived at the customer's home and ran the unit and AC to check for a temperature split. I then checked the amps and ohms on both units and checked the wiring. I checked the pressures on the outside unit and did a radon test. I left the customer with a radon pamphlet.
I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I recently completed a job replacing a noisy pulley in a residential air conditioning unit. The pulley was worn out and causing the fan to make a loud noise. I carefully removed the old pulley and replaced it with a new one. I tested the new pulley to ensure it was working properly and it was. I also cleaned the area around the pulley and replaced the fan belt to ensure everything was working correctly. The customer was very satisfied with the work and I was happy to have been able to help them with their problem.

UNIT HAS A BAD ECONOMISERS. FLAP GEARS ARE BROKEN. SENT OVER ESTIMATE TO REPLACE ECONOMISERS. SCREWED FLAPS TO MAKE SYSTEM WORK. PLEASE GET AC MAINTENANCE SCHEDULED WITH FILTER CHANGE AS FILTERS WAS COMPLETELY PLUGGED
