Excellent service

The price to install a shut off valve was extreme when the technician was there to do the yearly scheduled prevented maintenance water heater flush. I had mentioned the possibility of needing the shut off valve when scheduling the appointment. He installed the shut off valve while the water heater was being emptied. The one star is for the shut off valve charge.

I was called to a customer's home to fix a water heater that was not producing hot water. I found that the water heater was not getting power and was not popping the code. I checked the power supply and found that the power cord was loose. I tightened the power cord and the water heater started working again. I also noticed that there was no pipe coming from the inlet side of the water heater, but the heater was pulling air just fine. The customer wanted to leave the water heater as is, but I recommended flushing it to remove any sediment that may have built up inside. I started flushing the water heater and the customer decided to leave it as is.

I recently completed a job for a home service company. The job entailed providing all parts and labor for a residential heating and cooling system. The system was a gas furnace, air conditioner, and heat pump. I replaced the old parts with new ones, and I also performed a thorough inspection of the system to ensure it was operating correctly. The job took about 8 hours to complete, and the customer was very satisfied with the results.

I was called to a home to clean condenser coils on four air conditioning units. Three of the units had damaged condenser coils due to dog urine. The condenser coils were beyond saving, and the units needed to be replaced. Two of the units were using R-22 refrigerant, while the other two were using 410a refrigerant.

I was called to a home to fix a thermostat issue. The previous owner had installed a different thermostat and had the wrong wiring. I diagnosed the issue and put on an old thermostat that I had. I then tested the unit and it was up and running.

I was called to a home to repair a furnace blower motor that was not working. Upon inspection, I found that the motor was completely burned out and needed to be replaced. I provided the customer with an estimate for the replacement of the entire system and scheduled the installation for the following week.

I am a service technician at a home service company. I was called to a customer's home to repair their air conditioner. Upon arrival, I found that the unit was not cooling efficiently. I checked the refrigerant levels and found that the unit was low on Freon. I added more Freon to the unit and performed a system check. The unit is now operating on a 17 degree split and cooling efficiently.

I was called to a home to repair a system that had completely frozen up. Upon inspection, I found that the units filter was completely plugged, causing the system to freeze up. I removed the filter and let the system thaw out. I then scheduled a maintenance on 4 units and sent over an estimate for a duct cleaning.

I am a highly skilled home service professional. I recently completed a job that involved repairing a gap in a wall. The wall was made of concrete and had a gap between two sections. The gap was about 12 inches wide and 1 inch deep. To repair the gap, I first cleaned the area around the gap with a wire brush to remove any dirt or debris. Then, I applied a layer of concrete patching compound to the gap. I used a trowel to spread the compound evenly over the gap. After the compound had dried, I sanded the surface of the compound to create a smooth finish. Then, I applied a second layer of compound to the gap. I used a trowel to spread the compound evenly over the gap. Finally, I allowed the compound to dry completely before applying a coat of paint to the area. The paint helped to protect the repaired area from moisture and weather damage. The job took me about two hours to complete, and the client was very satisfied with the results. I was able to repair the gap without causing any d
