The price to install a shut off valve was extreme when the technician was there to do the yearly scheduled prevented maintenance water heater flush. I had mentioned the possibility of needing the shut off valve when scheduling the appointment. He installed the shut off valve while the water heater was being emptied. The one star is for the shut off valve charge.
1 month after my last service appointment my water heater failed. I was told everything was fine. It was not fine it had to be replaced I would say overall I didn’t receive the service I deserved

Appointment went well, only took about 20 minutes. Removed a small clog in one of the pipes and our furnace appears to be working normally again.
Ac is running better, i added the refrigerant to the system and got it running for the weekend, but I sent over estimate for us to come out dye into the system to find where the leak is
Searched for leak didn’t find any signs of leak. System is cooling like it should. Let customer know it is likely a small leak in evaporator coil since system is a Lennox.
NEED JAYDEN TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE EVAPORATOR COIL AND LINE DRIER FOR A/C SYSTEM. EVAPORATOR COIL IS UNDER WARRANTY. COLLECT PAYMENT WHEN COMPLETE.

Need’s reschedule don’t have a 30’ ladder on this van. Filters were very dirty removed filters and got job scheduled for an ac maintenance and filter change and coil clean. All systems are running now.
