The price to install a shut off valve was extreme when the technician was there to do the yearly scheduled prevented maintenance water heater flush. I had mentioned the possibility of needing the shut off valve when scheduling the appointment. He installed the shut off valve while the water heater was being emptied. The one star is for the shut off valve charge.

1 month after my last service appointment my water heater failed. I was told everything was fine. It was not fine it had to be replaced I would say overall I didn’t receive the service I deserved

Unit was low on charge , filled system back up and ice is gone and unit is running

Performed plumbing maintenance. Found water heater was installed in 2014. Recommend replacement water heater still working customer just wanted ballpark estimate. Radon levels were high. Customer would like radon to reach out to them.

Found filters dirty and coils need cleaned made space for air flow so system will continue to work and not cut off on high pressure.

Performed plumbing maintenance. Everything tested fine was only able to drain 1 gallon due to floor drain being so far away. Only thing I found wrong was no pipe on temperature and pressure valve.
