Mediocre service, my hotwater tank was serviced and the Technician was was done quickly. When this appointment was scheduled they were also suppost to test for Radon but the technican was sent out without the needed equipment to test for Ranon. My first appointment was canceled and a new appointment was scheduled two plus monnths later, more of a pain having to have a service rescheduled.

Arrived, found that unit had no power going into it opened up disconnect box and found fuses were bad, replace fuses and turned on unit, unit started shorting out, checked compressor and found compressor bad
Did not flush tank it leaked last time it was flush customer didn’t want that concern again
Arrived, went to condenser and found no power breaker was popped, unplugged compressor and turned on breaker and it didn’t pop, plugged in compressor and breaker tripped again, compressor is bad
Gave estimate on new outside faucet
Arrive, went to condenser and hooked up gauges and found that unit was low, put 3 pounds of R for 10 a in unit, unit has a 50° supply and a 70 return
Putting in customer provided shower valve and fixing leak on water heater
Arrived, ran unit in heat and checked for ppm on furnace and water tank and found none checked pipping on both units and found no leaks or holes
Installed new furnace and hot water tank
Arrived, ran unit in ac and checked for a temperature drop, checked amps and ohms on both units, checked wiring, checked pressures on condenser, sprayed off coil, did radon test
