I do not have a problem wit Camron but I do have an issue with Dor-Mar Heating and Air Conditioning. I received an estimate for a new motor for my Bryant Air Conditioner, I checked the price onlin and I can purchase the same OEM motor for 217.00 dollars instead of the 450.00 Dollars that Dor-Mar is wanting, sorry but I do not wish to do business with a company that doubles the price of a product, I did not mind the 150.00 per hour quote for installing the motor, still seams high to me. Up until this I have been telling my friends that is as great to find a company that supported, Appliances, Hvac, Plumbing and was looking at getting Radon checked but no longer will i deal with a company that i feels over charges like this. Sorry
Response from Dor-Mar Heating & Air Conditioning:
We apologize you feel our prices are too high, the difference in the price you found online and the estimate we sent you through Carrier Brand is that the part has a warranty Included. We unfortunely do not have say in what our mark up is.
The plumber got the work done in a timely manner without compromising quality. After installation, there was a slight positioning issue that he took care of without hesitation.
Polite, respectful, friendly and very knowledgeable Like the fact they give you an arrival time within about a 10 minute frame Thank you!
Mediocre service, my hotwater tank was serviced and the Technician was was done quickly. When this appointment was scheduled they were also suppost to test for Radon but the technican was sent out without the needed equipment to test for Ranon. My first appointment was canceled and a new appointment was scheduled two plus monnths later, more of a pain having to have a service rescheduled.
Preston was so Very nice and knowledgeable about his job. He was so friendly
The technician, Trevor, was polite and Efficient. He did a good job. Thank you!
Seth explained the radon mitigation test and how the equipment derived the final result.
Amazing service and friendly technician. They were prompt and thorough and will definitely use again for my next vent cleaning and sterilizing!
I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I recently completed a job for a client who needed a furnace control board, blower motor, and door switch replaced. The job was completed on time and to the client's satisfaction. I collected payment when the job was complete.
I was called to a home to repair a broken air conditioner. Upon arrival, I found that the unit was not cooling. I checked the blower fan and found that it was not spinning. I diagnosed the problem as a bad blower fan switch. I replaced the switch and the unit was cooling again.
I was called to a home to inspect a unit that was not cooling. Upon inspection, I found that the system was very low on refrigerant. The system was an old r22 system. I explained to the customer that the best option would be to replace the system since the unit was r22 and the age of the system. I sent the customer an estimate for the unit replacement.
I recently completed a maintenance visit for a residential air conditioning system. During the session, I began by asking the customer about any specific concerns they had regarding the system's performance. I then assessed the condition of the furnace filter and evaporator coil, noting any signs of wear or damage. I also checked the blower amp draw to ensure proper airflow. Next, I inspected the cleanliness of the condenser coil outside, looking for any debris or obstructions that could impede airflow. I also verified the microfarad readings on the capacitor to ensure it was functioning correctly. Finally, I confirmed that the refrigerant pressures were within the correct range to maintain optimal system performance. Throughout the visit, I took the time to explain my findings and recommendations to the customer, answering any questions they had and providing guidance on how to maintain the system in the future. I also provided a detailed report outlining the findings and any necess
I recently completed a maintenance visit for a residential air conditioning system. During the session, I assessed the condition of the furnace filter and evaporator coil, recorded the blower amp draw, inspected the cleanliness of the condenser coil, examined the electrical components of the condenser, and confirmed that the refrigerant pressures were within the correct range. I also noticed that the insulation on the suction line had fallen off, so I emailed an estimate to replace the insulation.
I was called to a home to address a low temperature drop and a dirty condenser coil. Upon arrival, I found that the system had a low refrigerant charge, which was causing the unit to struggle to maintain the desired temperature. I performed a thorough inspection of the system and found that the condenser coil was extremely dirty, which was causing the unit to work harder than necessary. I cleaned the coil and adjusted the blower speed to ensure optimal airflow. After completing the repairs, the system's temperature dropped by 19°F, and the customer was satisfied with the results.
I was called to a home to inspect a problem with the air conditioner. Upon arrival, I checked the amps on the blower motor, evaporator coil, and refrigerant levels. Everything checked out good, so I let the customer know to keep an eye on the system.
I am a skilled professional that works for a Dor-Mar Heating & Air Conditioning company. I recently completed a plumbing maintenance job at a residential home. The job involved replacing a water heater, repairing a leaky faucet, and installing a new garbage disposal. I also performed routine maintenance on the home's plumbing system, including checking for leaks and ensuring proper drainage. The job required me to work closely with the homeowner to ensure that the work was completed to their satisfaction. I am proud of the work I performed and the positive feedback I received from the homeowner.
The customer reported that their home service unit was not cooling. Upon arrival, the technician found the unit completely iced up. The customer stated that the power had gone out, and the furnace had stopped working. The technician diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board. Due to the unit being iced up and the fan not blowing water, the technician fell down and damaged the blower motor and door switch. The technician put in a parts order form for a new door switch, blower motor, and circuit board. The technician will need to return before the heating season to make sure the water didn't damage the heat exchanger.

The customer's air conditioning system was not cooling properly. I diagnosed the issue as a faulty compressor. I replaced the compressor, contactor, and TXV. The compressor, contactor, and TXV are under warranty. I collected payment when the job was complete.
I arrived at the customer's home to perform a routine maintenance check on their heating and cooling system. I ran the unit and AC to ensure proper operation and checked the amps and ohms of both units. I also checked the wiring and pressures on the outside unit. I sprayed off the coil and performed a radon test.
Performed ac maintenance. Completed maintenance checklists.
