The service was great and he was very informative and professional, the only think that needs improvment is the appointment time I was told David would be here between 8 to 10, I had an appointment setup for 11:00 and David arived her aroune 10:45, I can't say that this is David's fault not knowing what his morning schedulc was but luck was on my side i was only about 10 minutes late and the were waiting on me.

During the recent maintenance visit, we conducted a thorough evaluation of the air conditioning system. We initiated the session by inquiring about any specific concerns the customer might have had. The condition of the furnace filter and evaporator coil was assessed, and we recorded the blower amp draw. We also ensured proper airflow by inspecting the cleanliness of the condenser coil outside. Additionally, we examined the electrical components of the condenser for any signs of burnt or loose wires and verified the microfarad readings on the capacitor. Finally, we confirmed that the refrigerant pressures were within the correct range to guarantee optimal system performance. Capacitor read out of spec. Replaced with one on truck.

Wiring going to disconnect had bare wires. Fixed wire and system ran.
