Great Customer Service and Mechanical Needs

Ron McClaine was my service technician. Would trust this man with the keys to my house. Very polite, courteous, and very understanding as the man of the house you always not available, and your wife has to be there for appointments. You don't have to worry about the technician taking you for all you got just because your wife is dealing with the appointment. Ron told my wife that he wasn't going to try and sell us a new furnace because that wasn't his job. Ron got to the point fixed a fuel oil furnace. If you are one of those households that all you have is fuel oil, you understand how hard it is to get a heating company to service your furnace. Thanks, Ron, for everything that you did for us. Really appreciate your dedication, long hours, and hard work. Sometimes you wonder if there are still good guys in the world like us. You are definitely one of them. Would definitely recommend DorMar in the future to others. DorMar is not out there to kill you with their prices. Yes, I paid my fair share, but I was NOT disappointed in the price for the customer service and satisfaction outweighed any cost for getting heat back in my house in a timely manner. Yes, we have all had our issues with heating companies DorMar is not an exclusion to this. But anytime that I've called back to the office with an issue on a technician they have been more than fair and reconcile any indifference in your favor. Really feel this is a company built on ethics and morals. As a mom-and-pop company that expanded in the Central Ohio area has never lost their operating principals. It's hard-to-find companies like this in the world we live in. Thank you DorMar!

Dave was able to fix our water problem with the furnace. It was not an easy job due to the lack of room to work. Thank you and great job! Happy to have a working furnace again.

Speedy Service

Wes came out and diagnosed the issue within a half hour. Brian came out and completed the service within a half hour. Both professional and courteous. Great work by both.

Unit not heating. System was tripped out on code 93 internal control fault. Checked to make sure flue pipe was cleared. Cleaned flame sensor and igniter. Reset power to system and unit tripped out on code 93 again. Put in parts order form for new board.

Furnace fired up well ( cleaned flame sensor ) Checked amp draws on blower and inducing motor, ohms on igniter are good and MfD on capacitor is good Ducts are dirty , getting them cleaned will help efficiency and prevent a future down call on the furnace. Unit tripped breaker when customer got out of shower. Turned on furnace and ac to test them out. Both ran fine and didn’t trip anything. Talked with customer and found out main breaker is what tripped. Could’ve just been a fluke and tripped main breaker or house could have and electrical issue that’s not due to furnace or ac
