I was a highly skilled and experienced home service professional who was called to a customer's home to perform a repair. The customer had a broken window and wanted it fixed immediately. I arrived at the customer's home and was greeted by the customer's husband. The customer was not home, but her husband explained that she would not let me inside the home. I explained to the customer's husband that I was able to complete the repair from what was done. I then asked the customer's husband to show me the broken window. I inspected the window and determined that the glass was shattered and needed to be replaced. I then explained to the customer's husband that I would need to order the glass and schedule a time to come back and install the new glass. I arrived at the customer's home to diagnose a no-cool call. Upon inspection, I found a bad capacitor, bad contactor, and a bad compressor. I discussed the options of repair or replacement with the customer, who did not want to make any decisions today but will think it over and will contact us.
I was hired to perform a home service job that involved cleaning a house. The client had requested that I clean the entire house, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and dining room. I arrived at the house and began by sweeping and mopping the floors. I then moved on to cleaning the walls, windows, and ceilings. I also cleaned the carpets and upholstery in the living room and bedrooms. Finally, I cleaned the kitchen counters, sink, and appliances. Performed routine maintenance, verified indoor airflow to be good, checked refrigerant pressures and levels, checked out to be good. Compressor was hitting LRA indicating that motor was burning up upon startup, client stated they wanted to keep it going as long as they could.

Offered proactive replacement, client went with proactive replacement, client also wanted us to look at water softener, due to sweating concerns. See attached photos.
Showed up to AC down call, bad capacitor, client made his own air handler., But outdoor unit was showing early signs of failure. Discussed replacement with Customer, they said they won’t be moving forward currently, but will give us a call when it does go out.

Customer said outdoor unit turned off and then won’t turn back on again, checked for voltage at thermostat found to be nothing, checked for voltage at control board, had weird voltage at control board, jumped out client to keep client cool until board can come in

Showed up for a follow up, customer inquired about electric strip heat, put in parts order form to see what that would cost to install. Main concern is the power wires coming into air handler not being big enough to support electric heat amp draw. Possible have to run bigger wire from panel to support amps
Client said that outdoor unit would turn on for a few minutes shut off and then after 10 to 15 minutes, turn back on and then shut off again, checked indoor airflow made sure filter was clean, went outside and checked condenser cleanliness, condenser was very dirty, cleaned off condenser and pressures came way down. High pressure cut out is what was happening.
