* client had us out today for an estimate to do a tankless. * We are out here earlier today to inspect an electric water heater. * We gave an estimate for a tankless clients going through finance, I took a video of where we would put the tankless.
* client had us out for an inspection of their water heater. * Water heater is from 2018 little on the older side. However it is working fine. * We do see evidence at the top where the wire nuts come in at it a little bit of soot. Showing a possible issue that happened. * We tested the elements upper and lower. Both read at 11. * We tested the thermostat as well. It was getting good voltage and had continuity running through it. * The only issue we had was the age of the water heater. Client stated that it was smoking at one point. Currently. As it stands now, we did not see any smoking. Did not smell any burning water heater is working properly but it did flip the breaker. * For safety we gave an estimate to replace it.
Completed an annual furnace maintenance, verified air filter to be dirty, so he swapped out your air filter with one you provided. We cleaned off your flame sensor and checked your igniters resistance to ensure it remains operational. We did a brief inspection of your heat exchanger and noticed no immediate concerns other than age beginning to show. System appears to be ready for winter.
I was called to a home to check on a heat pump that was struggling to keep up with the temperature outside. Upon inspection, I found that the ECM control module was constantly blowing air, and the refrigerant levels were low. I confirmed this information with outside sources and discussed the repair cost with the client. I also discussed the concerns about the compressor running low on refrigerant and the potential for damage to the system. I emailed the client over estimates from several repair companies so that they could make an informed decision about the repair.
Mini split making noises in Frazeysburg Ohio
I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I recently completed a job where I replaced the heat strips for an air handler and ran new high voltage wire from the panel to the air handler. The crew used an adapter wire/harness to adapt the old air handler to the new heat strips. They also obtained a PO from Chris and went to C.E.D. to get the roll of high voltage wire and a 60 AMP DP breaker. If you have any questions, please contact Derek.
Gas fire place service on Narrows Road in Frazeysburg Ohio
I was hired to install a mini split system in a residential home. The system was installed in the living room and consisted of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. The indoor unit was mounted on the wall and connected to the outdoor unit via a refrigerant line. The outdoor unit was mounted on the roof and connected to the indoor unit via a power cable. The system was installed by connecting the refrigerant line, power cable, and drain line. The system was tested to ensure that it was operating properly before being turned on.
I was called to a home for a clogged toilet. The client had been experiencing the issue for about two weeks. I arrived and found that the client had already attempted to snake the toilet, but it did not work. I suspected that the clog was in the septic tank, so I informed the client that we would need to take the septic lids off to observe the water flow to the septic tank. Upon removing the septic lids, I noticed that the septic tank was extremely full and needed to be pumped out. I recommended that the client contact a third-party septic company to pump the tank and then have us come back to ensure that the drain lines were not damaged or bellied.
I have completed a furnace inspection on a residential property. The inspection was conducted to ensure that the furnace is working properly and is safe to use. I checked the furnace's electrical connections, inspected the burner assembly, and tested the combustion and ventilation systems. I also checked the thermostat and air filter to ensure they were working correctly. The furnace was found to be in good working condition and is ready to be used for heating the home.
I was dispatched to a customer's home to find a septic tank that was full. I used a sewer camera to inspect the tank and found that the tank was full of solid waste. I informed the customer of the situation and advised them to call a plumber to clean the tank.
I was called to a house to fix an issue with a heating system. The customer reported that the economizers were not connecting to the units as they should. I went to the house and found that the economizers were not connected to the units because the supply line was not connected properly. I fixed the issue by reconnecting the supply line and testing the economizers.
