Adam was great. He told me my compressor died and said it would cost me almost as much as a new refrigerator. He even gave me recommendations for best brand. If I have a need for appliance repair I would definitely use Dor Mar.

Brian was very courteous and knowledgeable. He arrived earlier than scheduled and was very professional. He explained everything and tried to replace the capacitor 1st but unfortunately the blower was seized up. We have to wait until it is ordered until we can finish the job. Brian did a great job and is an asset to Dormar. We have used Dormar in the past and definitely recommend them.

During the recent maintenance visit, we conducted a thorough evaluation of the air conditioning system. We initiated the session by inquiring about any specific concerns the customer might have had. The condition of the furnace filter and evaporator coil was assessed, and we recorded the blower amp draw. We also ensured proper airflow by inspecting the cleanliness of the condenser coil outside. Additionally, we examined the electrical components of the condenser for any signs of burnt or loose wires and verified the microfarad readings on the capacitor. Finally, we confirmed that the refrigerant pressures were within the correct range to guarantee optimal system performance.
