I recently completed a job replacing a domestic lead line and installing a future tie-on for a fill truck. The job involved 3/4 hang on pipe, a 90-day warranty, and the installation of a pressure relief valve (PRV) to prevent cross contamination. I completed the job successfully, and there are currently no leaks. I will provide an estimate on a near future date.
Ac maintenance everything checked out good
During the recent maintenance visit, we conducted a thorough evaluation of the air conditioning system. We initiated the session by inquiring about any specific concerns the customer might have had. The condition of the furnace filter and evaporator coil was assessed, and we recorded the blower amp draw. We also ensured proper airflow by inspecting the cleanliness of the condenser coil outside. Additionally, we examined the electrical components of the condenser for any signs of burnt or loose wires and verified the microfarad readings on the capacitor. Finally, we confirmed that the refrigerant pressures were within the correct range to guarantee optimal system performance.
Replaced ice maker. Cleared ice from bucket
Repaired wires on the door. Maker still not cycling. Ordered new maker
Frozen compressor & indoor coil upon arrival. Thawed out & saw high head pressure & 30 degree split. Cleaned dirty outdoor coil & changed fan speed. Unit up & running

Supply duck from bottom of mobile home furnace was pulled off by either raccoons or possums. I reattached it to the system. Everything is working
Blower wheel is seized to the motor. Only way to repair is to break it off and replace blower housing as well. Mr declined estimate. Not interested in buying new.
