Woke up on a Saturday morning to find out my AC was not working. I bought this just last year. Turned out it was actually the furnace blower. Called the emergency dispatch and despite being full for the day they still came out on that same Saturday. They had to schedule the install of a new furnace on Monday and went and came back with a portable AC so it wasn’t unbearable. Was able to sleep while the rest of the house was 85 or hotter! They showed up Monday as planned and professionally installed it and cleaned up. Great experience!

Unit has a bad economisers. Customer getting his own parts
Cooler is working temp was at 40. They are going to call and have us come back to check out rtu4 unit has a 24 volt short tripping out transformer
Unit needs a blower pulley and new belt. Sent over estimate awaiting approval
Arrived, ran unit in ac and checked for a temperature drop, checked units amps and ohms, checked wiring, checked units pressures, units working as should
Changed filters checked pressures checked amp draws everything is running good at this time
This is an estimate to install tube heater kit for reach in. Look over estimate once signed we will schedule this. Thanks adam Pausing job reach in was completely full of frozen foods. Need to reschedule this. Need to call to double check they’ve emptied reach in. Couldn’t install drain heater freezer was full of items. Removing door gaskets recommend keeping an eye on it to make sure it doesn’t freeze up. If it freezes up then there is a leak and I would recommend replacing this reach in due to age . Installed drain ube heater drain shouldn’t freeze with heater in drain tube
Ac maintenance. Asked if there were any concerns. Checked condition of furnace filter and evaporator coil. Took reading of blower amp draw. Checked for clean condenser coil outside to ensure proper airflow. Checked electrical on condenser for any burnt or loose wires. Checked mfd readings on capacitor. Made sure refrigerant pressures read correctly.

FURNACE DRAIN LINE WAS OFF THE TRAP CAUSING UNIT TO LEAK ON THE FLOOR. FIXED DRAIN SYSTEM IS DRAINING PROPERLY
WHEN WE CLEANED OUT VENT PIPES ACCIDENTALLY LEFT THE FRESH AIR PIPE STICKING OUT OF FURNACE. JOB COMPLETE
NEED TO RETURN WITH A DRYER VENT WAND TO CLEAN OUT THE FRESH AIR VENT PIPE ON REAR FURNACE AND VENT PIPE ON FRON UNIT Cleaned vent pipes units up and running job complete
Plumbing maintenance. Asked if there were any concerns. Checked water pipes for leaks. Did not flush tank due to age. Condition of tank isn’t the best. Signs or leakage on t&p valve and also at the bottom of tank. Recommend replacing tank. Radon levels were high 6.32pci. Highly recommend installing radon mitigation system. Epa recommends installing one when readings are above 4.00pci. Emailed estimate for radon mitigation system.
Customer has a new Rheem water heater. Flushed great. Floor drain stops up. Had to use washer drain. Water pressure is good, no expansion tank present. Customer requested I wash off the ac so that was done as well. Ac installed against home. Permanent air flow restriction till moved. Radon level is low.
