Great service! Helped out when it was over 90!

Woke up on a Saturday morning to find out my AC was not working. I bought this just last year. Turned out it was actually the furnace blower. Called the emergency dispatch and despite being full for the day they still came out on that same Saturday. They had to schedule the install of a new furnace on Monday and went and came back with a portable AC so it wasn’t unbearable. Was able to sleep while the rest of the house was 85 or hotter! They showed up Monday as planned and professionally installed it and cleaned up. Great experience!

I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I recently completed a furnace maintenance job for a client. The maintenance checklist included checking the furnace's electrical connections, inspecting the blower motor and blower wheel, cleaning the burners, and testing the thermostat. I also replaced the furnace's air filter and cleaned the blower compartment. The client was very pleased with the work and expressed satisfaction with the results.

I was called to a home in the middle of a hot summer day to repair a broken air conditioner. Upon arrival, I found that the unit had the wrong belt on it. I installed a new belt and adjusted the pulleys. After completing the repair, the system was up and running. The customer was very happy with the service and thanked me for my help.

I was called to a home to repair a unit that was not cooling. Upon arrival, I found that the capacitor was reading 0mfd again. I replaced the capacitor and the unit was up and running. I also checked the amp draw of the compressor and condenser fan.

I arrived at the client's home to perform an air conditioning maintenance check. Upon arrival, I found that the unit was low on charge. I added 2 lbs of R410A refrigerant to bring the unit up to the correct charge. I also checked the unit's electrical connections and performed a safety inspection.

I was called to a home to inspect a new heating and air conditioning system. The system was only a few years old, but the outdoor coil was very dirty and needed to be cleaned. The filter was also due to be changed soon. I cleaned the coil and replaced the filter, and the system is now running great.

This is an estimate to replace a capacitor. The capacitor is located in the electrical panel and is causing a power outage in the home. The estimate includes the cost of the capacitor and the labor to replace it. The capacitor is a critical component of the electrical system and should be replaced by a licensed electrician to ensure the safety of the home. I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I have completed this estimate and can schedule the work for you. Please sign and accept the estimate if you would like to move forward with this. Thank you.

I received a call from a customer who needed a furnace estimate. I went to the customer's home and took measurements and photos of the existing furnace. I then used my knowledge of heating systems to provide the customer with an estimate for a new furnace. I explained the different types of furnaces available and the benefits of each. The customer decided to go with a high-efficiency furnace and I provided them with a quote for the installation. I also provided them with a list of recommended maintenance items to keep their furnace running efficiently.

I am a professional HVAC technician with over 10 years of experience. I recently completed a job for a customer who had a 20-year-old heating and air conditioning system. The system was in need of replacement due to its age and condition. I recommended replacing the system with a new, high-efficiency model that would provide better energy efficiency and lower utility costs. I also provided the customer with an estimate for the replacement, which included the cost of the new system, installation, and any necessary permits. The customer agreed to the replacement and scheduled the installation for the following week.

I was called to a home to perform maintenance on a 30-year-old 100-gallon Sepco tank. The homeowner wanted to flush the boiler, but I explained that boiler flushing is not included in the maintenance plan. The homeowner wanted to cancel the maintenance plan for this property.
