Caleb came out and was very knowledgeable in the HVAC field. Within several minutes of describing the symptoms of issues with my AC, he knew exactly what the problem was and had it working in 15 mins. He truly is an asset to Dor-Mar.

He was very upfront and honest that there was a mistake from the installer of our sump pump. He said as soon as they would get the part they would be there first thing. I appreciate the honesty of this gentleman and we are currently working on a remedy of the damages from this issue.

We received great service, just wish the gap between the service call which couldn’t resolve the issue (we think a dead mouse in one vent) and the duct cleaning was closer together. There was also a dramatic difference between the expected price given by the service call tech ($300 or more depending on number of vents) and the quoted price ($1400). Our tech handled it really well and we were able to pare down the services for a final cost of $758. I don’t know what other companies would have charged but our tech did a fantastic job.

I will never use Dor Mar HVAC, LLC again My heat pump quit working and had a technician come out the 2nd of April to look at it he said the Freon was empty so he filled it then said i had a small leak somewhere, but it would last for awhile, but was empty 2 weeks later. Had another tech come out and said it was a bad leak in the condenser coils it needs replace was told it was still under warranty but they wouldn't honor it or give my money back for the Freon that I wouldn't have put it in it to waist that kind of money.

Capacitor was bad changed out part system is working the best it can everything is undersize. I’m going to get with Garrett in the morning about it.
Client said unit would pop breaker in attempt to turn on. Checked Compressor windings for resistance and isolated compressor from main circuit. Found that compressor is causing main breaker to pop due to short in windings
Getting ductwork and full system cleaned and sanitized next week
