By far, Brad went above and beyond to resolve our ptoblem. You need more like him. First tech came out quickly, diagnosed issue (found out later, mis diagnosed problem) and left with no sense of when he would be back , no working air, and little info. Second day, I called office couple of times, trying to understand if we were going to be a couple days, weeks or months with no answers. Brad came out, re-diagnosed our problem, found something completely different--bad board. Located ew part, went to Columbus to get, came back that evening. got unit running, stayed around to monitor air temps, make adjustments and finally left with us in a good place. Can not say enough about his work ethic. Great job by Brad, DorMar's communication leaves a lot to be desired

Tech seemed knowledgeable but left without resolving problem— no parts ( seems like a line dryer would be a standard part they would carry) and no real answer when we will have air again. Not a great answer

I was called to a home to check on a unit that wasn't heating properly. Upon inspection, I found that the unit was stuck in low fire mode and had to change the settings in the circuit board to high fire. I also found fault codes for pressure switch faults and a drain line that was completely backed up. I cut the drain line and the customer said he would put it back together after the sump pump got cleared out.
Technician called out for service call in Jeffersonville. No heat gas furnace
Furnace is running good, had a sag in the line and was building water in vent pipe
