I was away on business and I called on a Friday they came out gave me an estimate on a new hot water tank and replaced it same day. When I returned home Monday I had hot water and no mess to clean up the did an excellent job!

This is and estimate to replace existing electric hot water tank. All labor and material is included in final price.

Pressure switches need ordered for smaller furnace. And inducer motor arm to vent pipe and the black casing that the pvc pipe connects to furnace with need replaced on the bigger furnace to stop the leak.
Spoke to customer upon arrival. Expressed concern about leaking water heater. Found water heater leaking through the electric nipple. Water heater has one year left on it warranty. Customer wanted to fix the leak. Not due warranty. Told customer due to age of tank we cannot warranty any work performed today.

No continuity on top element. 12 ohms and good continuity on bottom element. Calling for top thermostat & 2 heating elements.
HWT breaker was tripped. High voltage wires were not twisted together right. Re done wires and checked connections on both tanks. Bother are working correctly now. Also installed PRV tubes on both tanks.
