I am a plumber who works for a home service company. I was assigned to a client's home to perform plumbing, maintenance, and verify that the hot water tank and insured system were operating properly. I inspected the plumbing system, checked the hot water tank, and ensured that the system was functioning correctly. I also provided the client with a detailed report of my findings and recommendations for any necessary repairs or maintenance.
I was called to a home to perform a plumbing maintenance check. I checked the hot water tank for any issues and flushed it to ensure it was working properly. I also checked the pipes and fixtures for any leaks or issues. Everything checked out good with no concerns.
I am a home service technician, and I recently completed a job that involved performing electric furnace maintenance. The furnace was not producing heat, so I checked the air filter, electrical amp draws, and heat kit and sequencers. I found that the air filter was clean, and the electrical amp draws were good across the electric strip heat and blower motor. I also checked the Ohms across the heat kit and sequencers and found that they were within spec. I put out a 40° temp rise with the heat kit alone.
