Dor Mar sent someone out to us the next day after my request the prior evening. Although we didn’t expect to need new equipment which far exceed our budget, our tech, David explained everything in an easy to understand manor which made the decision to upgrade more palatable. Appreciate his thoroughness. Dor-Mar Operations and Sales team could be more customer oriented and try to understand issues from customer perspective. They also need to revisit their policy of charging the customer, a labour charge every time they visit a unit even if it is a resolution of one single incident through two visits (one for diagnosis and one for replacement of a faulty item.)

I also did not notice any water at the base nor the supply line for all the toilets. I also inspected the laboratory faucets in the home. Pop-up assemblies work great with no issues. They turned on and off with ease and drained perfectly. I inspected the showers and tubs in the homes. Tell spouts worked great. The divers worked as they should. Shower heads did not drip once they were done. The client has a tankless water heater. I descaled it. I did not notice any issues regarding the heater. Once I was done, I turned it back on and isolated the valves as they should be. We're good to go here.
