Dor Mar sent someone out to us the next day after my request the prior evening. Although we didn’t expect to need new equipment which far exceed our budget, our tech, David explained everything in an easy to understand manor which made the decision to upgrade more palatable. I especially liked his knowledge of the AC system and his determination to offer discounts for the new system. I would certainly like to use him in the future for maintenance of the new system.

Aaron Curry performed replacement of Limit switch and ran the HVAC and checked for any abnormalities. He also performed a preventative check on AC. He gave a clean chit to HVAC and AC. Appreciate his thoroughness. Dor-Mar Operations and Sales team could be more customer oriented and try to understand issues from customer perspective. They also need to revisit their policy of charging the customer, a labour charge every time they visit a unit even if it is a resolution of one single incident through two visits (one for diagnosis and one for replacement of a faulty item.)
Aaron Curry came for troubleshooting HVAC and did a detail check up and possible diagnosis. Though we still have not identified potential issue he was willing to give it a trial and narrow down the defect. He was also able to explain it to the customer where the issue could be. Appreciate his detail.
DOR MAR replaced a motherboard for my HVAC recently as part troubleshooting for HVAC failure. They were reasonably quick in getting the motherboard changed. I am happy with the service and reasonable pricing.
David, was very professional and well knowledgeable with the maintenance check. We would love to have him service our residence moving forward in future repairs.
They came out same day at no extra charge and David was very informative and took the time to explain what was wrong. Even took the time to double check everything before informing me I needed a new thermostat.

Brad was very detailed in going after and repairing leakages in the heating duct system. I feel he went above and beyond what was required. He gave many helpful suggestions as well relating to overall maintenance and safety. 10/10 great job.

Warranty: NEED TREVON TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE INDUCER MOTOR FOR FURNACE. INDUCER MOTOR IS UNDER WARRANTY.
Got approval & changed 2 capacitors in one of the units. Return apt to replace other units 45/5 capacitor. Through warranty company do not charge.
Inducer motor was making noise. Put in parts order form for new motor. Since part is under warranty old rep will not cover labor since it isn’t their unit. Customer will have to pay labor
During the recent maintenance visit, we conducted a thorough evaluation of the air conditioning system. We initiated the session by inquiring about any specific concerns the customer might have had. The condition of the furnace filter and evaporator coil was assessed, and we recorded the blower amp draw. We also ensured proper airflow by inspecting the cleanliness of the condenser coil outside. Additionally, we examined the electrical components of the condenser for any signs of burnt or loose wires and verified the microfarad readings on the capacitor. Finally, we confirmed that the refrigerant pressures were within the correct range to guarantee optimal system performance
Sent estimate for replacement unit compressor will not come on it holds 16 lbs of 410 a and customer is unsure of what he wants to do I pressurized the system with nitrogen and pulled vacuum could not find a leak compressors will not kick on when unit is jumped out cannot do forms
Replaced capacitor unit up & running. Couldn’t get in touch w owner still need to collect
Install sub panel off of main panel to hold mini split breaker and a few extras for future add on's.

Customer wants to move forward with mini split in master bedroom paid half down with credit card would like the install to be Tuesday morning next week.
Upon maintenance I found that the u it had a bad capacitor I replaced capacitor and unit is running properly customer is ready for the summer season
