James Bolton is extremely knowledgeable about dryer vent cleaning. He was very thorough and did a terrific job. He has excellent interpersonal skills. Great customer service. We will request him the next time we need dryer vent cleaning.
Dor Mar always does a great job. Preston was awesome. He helped explain the routine maintenance for our tankless water heaters while he did the work. He also double-checked out radon system as a courtesy.

Had a great experience with technician in checking my plumbing system, from the water heater to faucets and sump pump. All checked out great thanks to my water softener and new water heater working as expected. Radon check was a nice included service.
Brad took time went above and beyond. He took time to show us causes and solutions to our problems. Gave valuable insight and knowledge to our HVAC system. When we mentioned our utility bill had been higher than usual he went above and beyond the main concern (lack of air flow) and found that there was a bad capacitor causing our heat to work overtime. Dispatch also did a great job communicating. Will be staying with Dor Mar for future concerns.

During the recent maintenance visit, we conducted a thorough evaluation of the air conditioning system. We initiated the session by inquiring about any specific concerns the customer might have had. The condition of the furnace filter and evaporator coil was assessed, and we recorded the blower amp draw. We also ensured proper airflow by inspecting the cleanliness of the condenser coil outside. Additionally, we examined the electrical components of the condenser for any signs of burnt or loose wires and verified the microfarad readings on the capacitor. Finally, we confirmed that the refrigerant pressures were within the correct range to guarantee optimal system performance. System was low on charge. Added 1lb of 410a to system.
Plumbing maintenance. Did not flush tank due to age and the fact it’s never been flushed. Asked if there were any plumbing issues. Checked for leaks on pipes. Took radon reading. Radon read 6.68pci
