No one came. The wrong person came we wanted the furnace and vents cleaned. They sent the service hvac guy. They were suppose to call us back today have not heard from them.

I performed routine maintenance on a furnace, including verifying the air filter, amp draws, burner ports, and heat rise. I also checked the combustion chamber for proper airflow and venting. I replaced the flame sensor and cleaned the burners and heat exchanger. I tested the thermostat and adjusted the temperature settings. I also checked the electrical connections and ensured they were secure.

I completed a routine hot water tank flush, verified the operation of thermostats and burner assembly, and asked the client if there were any issues or concerns within the home. I also checked that all appliances were working properly.
I performed routine AC maintenance on a residential unit. I verified the indoor airflow and amp draw. I found that the system had a dirty air filter. The client said they would change the air filter. I checked the outside components and found that the amp draw was within the range. I also cleaned off the outdoor coil.
I arrived at the client's home to find that the air conditioner was not cooling properly. Upon inspection, I discovered that the outdoor condenser was extremely dirty. I cleaned off the condenser and noticed an improvement in the system's cooling properties. The client was able to enjoy cool air in their home again.

I was called to a home to perform routine maintenance on an air conditioning system. Upon arrival, I verified that the airflow was good and the amp draw was also good. I checked the outdoor unit and found that the refrigerant side was slightly overcharged due to a friend coming out and filling up the system. I checked the amp draw again and it was good. The client stated that a capacitor had been replaced a few days ago. I replaced the capacitor and tested the system again. The air conditioner was now running smoothly and efficiently.

Leaking water downcall. Condensate pump had failed and was leaking water all over floor, replaced pump and draining properly now

Filled out estimate for new heat pump with mobile home electric furnace. There is no AC or heat pump here at all would have to install line set electric whip and disconnect gonna need static coil
Spoke to customer upon arrival. Expressed concern about water spraying out underneath second Found pressure tank with hole popped in. Tucked underneath trailer. Gave customer estimate to move pressure tank and build well. House for pressure tank. Customer would have to build well house themselves, but we would put pad down to put pressure tank on top of. Customer was unable to proceed at this time. Customer stated that they will try to make up money to proceed.
