No one came. The wrong person came we wanted the furnace and vents cleaned. They sent the service hvac guy. They were suppose to call us back today have not heard from them.

Spoke to customer upon arrival. Expressed concern about water spraying out underneath second Found pressure tank with hole popped in. Tucked underneath trailer. Gave customer estimate to move pressure tank and build well. House for pressure tank. Customer would have to build well house themselves, but we would put pad down to put pressure tank on top of. Customer was unable to proceed at this time. Customer stated that they will try to make up money to proceed.
Contactor is faulty causing the 3 amp fuse to blow. Replaced fuse and tested heating works. Customer declined replacement of the contactor. Heating currently works, cooling will not until the switch is replaced.

Door seal and door is warped. Parts are NLA. Found what looks like a replacement for gasket. Customer going to install.

Talk to homeowner and explain the situation. Roseville has always been from curb to house is homeowners responsibility. Roseville is coming to remove old meter. Customer wants to see if that helps fix any issues.
Found handles on both shower valves were installed upside down. Pulled off and turned the right way now hot is hot and cold is cold. Found whole house has low water pressure. After talking to customer, he is aware of house having low water pressure. Found one water meter on the outside of the house and one water meter in the inside of the house. Took water meter on the inside of the house apart turned on water. Still had low water pressure coming from city. Try to contact Roseville Ohio city. Was unable to get into communication with anyone. Spoke to customer again. I will send him an estimate, but he wants to talk to the city if it’s their issue to take care of. Main issue is there’s low water pressure coming from city line. And there’s no reason for a second meter to be inside of house. Still have low water pressure before meter. City tied back on to old galvanized waterline going into house.
Ac is running temperarily, I added a thermostat by the furnace so they have heat and cool until we can come out early next week to come snake and run a new thermostat wire to the Thermostat, the old tstat wire ripped apart as I was pulling it through fishing the new line, we’re not able to complete without 2 people and a snake to fish the wire through
