No one came. The wrong person came we wanted the furnace and vents cleaned. They sent the service hvac guy. They were suppose to call us back today have not heard from them.

I was called to a home to perform routine maintenance on an air conditioning system. Upon arrival, I verified that the airflow was good and the amp draw was also good. I checked the outdoor unit and found that the refrigerant side was slightly overcharged due to a friend coming out and filling up the system. I checked the amp draw again and it was good. The client stated that a capacitor had been replaced a few days ago. I replaced the capacitor and tested the system again. The air conditioner was now running smoothly and efficiently.
Swapped unit from gas to lp. All functions test good. Signed up for Service package and used today as free service hour
Leaking water downcall. Condensate pump had failed and was leaking water all over floor, replaced pump and draining properly now
And stated he was experiencing little to no airflow in some rooms, so I went into the crawlspace and discovered multiple air leakage spots. Fixed the leakage and Customer was very happy with how much airflow he now has.
Spoke with customer. Told her to call the office in the morning for scheduling.
Filled out estimate for new heat pump with mobile home electric furnace. There is no AC or heat pump here at all would have to install line set electric whip and disconnect gonna need static coil
Spoke to customer upon arrival. Expressed concern about water spraying out underneath second Found pressure tank with hole popped in. Tucked underneath trailer. Gave customer estimate to move pressure tank and build well. House for pressure tank. Customer would have to build well house themselves, but we would put pad down to put pressure tank on top of. Customer was unable to proceed at this time. Customer stated that they will try to make up money to proceed.
Contactor is faulty causing the 3 amp fuse to blow. Replaced fuse and tested heating works. Customer declined replacement of the contactor. Heating currently works, cooling will not until the switch is replaced.
Performed ac maintenance. Completed maintenance checklists. Sold coil cleaning
Unit freezing & needs replaced. Emailed estimate. Daughter house will talk to his daughter about financing new equipment
Door seal and door is warped. Parts are NLA. Found what looks like a replacement for gasket. Customer going to install.
