COMMERCIAL ESTIMATE ON MAINTENANCE WORK IN LOGAN OHIO
I was called to a home to repair a heating system. The customer had a unit that was not heating properly. I diagnosed the issue and found that the heat pack was not working. I replaced the heat pack and reset the system. The customer was happy with the service and paid me for the repair.
I am a skilled professional that works for a Dor-Mar Heating & Air Conditioning company. I recently completed a job at a residence in the city of [City Name]. The system was low on charge, so I returned with two technicians to perform a leak search on all five head units. During the search, we discovered two leaks. One was located in the downstairs bedroom and the other in the upstairs bedroom. To address the leaks, we had to pull the head units and re-flare the connections. After completing the repairs, we performed a pressure test on the system and recharged it. All five units are now working great. I am proud to have been able to provide quality service to my customers and ensure that their heating and cooling systems are operating at peak performance.
The refrigerant lines behind the head units need better insulation. The job will need to be scheduled.
Performed plumbing maintenance. While flushing water heater floor drain started to back up. Also found when water heater is heating up water heater is leaking through temperature and pressure valve. Also found no sediment trap on gas line for water heater. Gave customer estimate for expansion tank to stop temperature and pressure valve leaking. Also gave option to add sediment trap on gas line for water heater. Customer did not want to go with the options. Also ask customer if they would like drain divisions to reach out to them. They declined option.
System is functioning properly customer is aware of the age and doesn’t plan on replacing until it fails
Upon arrival unit shut off at disconnect. Thermostat missing from wall inside. Inside unit wires have cut. A lot of stuff bypassed and improper components controlling heating elements. Sending estimate to replace unit.
