Customer was concerned about noises coming from the furnace. Inspected the system everything is working properly. The noises on start up is normal due to expansion and contracting.

Completed a furnace maintenance, we insured your amperage and resistance. Readings were good across your electric strip heat and checked heat rise. Everything checked out inspect and there’s been no complaints from the system from the homeowner.
Performed an annual furnace maintenance, checked your flame sensor and cleaned it off due to carbon buildup, checked your air filter and found it to be dirty, offered replacement and client accepted. System was pulling good amperage across both the indoor blower motor and the indoor inducer motor, ensuring clean operation with no immediate cause for concern. System had a good heat rise and was operating well at the time of this maintenance

When I arrived, I found that the control board had failed. I replaced the board and tested the heating system. The customer was happy with the work and paid me the agreed-upon amount.
I was working as a home service technician when I received a request to provide an estimate for a furnace repair. I arrived at the customer's home and inspected the furnace. I found that the furnace was not working properly and needed to be replaced. I provided the customer with an estimate for the repair and explained the process of replacing the furnace. The customer agreed to the estimate and I scheduled the repair for the next day. I arrived at the customer's home the next day and replaced the furnace. The customer was happy with the repair and I left the customer with a warranty for the repair.
