after my hubby died i purchased a hvac heat & air from them. not 1 say has it worked right first such terrible noises now it was running super loud and when o turned the thermostat to off the furnace kept on running ? they claim 24 hour service but they only have an operator 24/7. at this point i don’t think they will ever get this right and think they need to just start over with a different furnace. i picked them for their experience and this has turned out to be a nightmare for me so here i sit freezing as the only way to turn furnace off was at the circuit breaker. i don’t call this quality and wish I had not made this purchase at all oh an it was 9k so i feel it should work perfectly

Cut old flare and re flared it unit is running and heating properly
Flush completed radon o. Customer needs est to replace dielectric nipples and black iron stubbing off the hot water tank.
Water heater is getting old and risky to flush out.. suggested he considered replacing the tank in the next year or two
Radon levels high but nothing we can do about it
Located leak at flare fitting at the head unit calling for installers to return and repair.
