after my hubby died i purchased a hvac heat & air from them. not 1 say has it worked right first such terrible noises now it was running super loud and when o turned the thermostat to off the furnace kept on running ? they claim 24 hour service but they only have an operator 24/7. at this point i don’t think they will ever get this right and think they need to just start over with a different furnace. i picked them for their experience and this has turned out to be a nightmare for me so here i sit freezing as the only way to turn furnace off was at the circuit breaker. i don’t call this quality and wish I had not made this purchase at all oh an it was 9k so i feel it should work perfectly

Spoke to customer upon arrival. Expressed concern about leak around water heater. Found leak coming from water heater itself. Leak is coming from tank itself. Cannot put in water heater that is on porch due to edge of water heater. Gave customer estimates from marathon to 40 gallon slim to 30 gallon. Customer would like to talk it over with her husband and do financing before proceeding.
Spoke to customer upon arrival. Customer concerned about leak underneath kitchen sink. Found a leak coming from basket strainer. Basket strainer was crossed threaded. Also found no vent on kitchen sink. Gave customer estimate for whole sink re-piped to add automatic event and two new basket trainers. Customer just wanted to go with the basket strainer that was leaking. Replaced basket strainer. Reinstalled existing drainage. Tested to find no leaks at this time. Customer paid with card
Unable to locate any substantial gas/co leaks. Inspected furnace, heat exchanger, stove,fireplace and all exsposed gas lines.Found and repaired 1 small leak at the furnace. Recommend pressure testing the all the gas lines customer declined.
Replaced 45/5 cap and tested cooling works. Pressures look off. Indoor temp 88° told homeowner to run it over the weekend.
Need to write up estimate to properly vent toilet Attempted to auger don’t think it’s blocked it’s a venting issue
Flushed out tank and checked values and lines for any leaks
Arrived, brand unit in AC and check for a temp drop, supply had a 71° down unit low on charge, 410 in system supply had 49 degrees coming out, checked amps and ohms on unit, put dye in the system need to schedule to come back in 2 weeks.
Filters changed inspection completed
Completed tank flushed radon levels low
Head pressure was high cleaned condenser coil and retested cooling works great no other issues found
Found leak at schrader valves replaced both valve stems. No other leaks found
