I was hired to install a new furnace in a residential home. The furnace was a gas-powered unit, and I had to connect it to the gas line, install the thermostat, and test the system to ensure it was working properly. I also had to clean up any debris or dust that was left behind during the installation process.
I was called to a home to inspect a furnace that was not working properly. Upon arrival, I found that the customer had turned on the system for the first time in a while and noticed a smell of propane and carbon monoxide. I inspected the heat exchanger and found a crack and a clogged secondary. The gas valve was also stuck open. The customer mentioned that they had been having a lot of issues with the system. I offered the customer a few different options for a new furnace, and they opted for a Goodman furnace with a 10-year part one-year labor warranty. I installed the new furnace and made sure it was working properly before leaving the job site.
I was dispatched to a home service company to repair a faulty heat exchanger. The unit had been shut down until the replacement part could be installed. I arrived at the site and began the process of removing the old heat exchanger. It was a complex procedure that required careful attention to detail. Once the old unit was removed, I installed the new heat exchanger and connected all the necessary pipes and wiring. I tested the unit to ensure it was working properly and then made sure that everything was clean and tidy before leaving the site.
I am a highly skilled home service professional. I recently completed a heating maintenance job for a client. The job included cleaning the flame sensor, spark igniter, air filter, and combustion burners. I also verified that the heat rise was good and that the humidifier should be turned on when temperatures start dropping to experience full quality heat.
I was called to replace a faulty element in a customer's home. After inspecting the appliance, I determined that the element needed to be replaced. I removed the old element and installed a new one, ensuring that it was properly connected and functioning. I tested the appliance to ensure that it was working correctly before leaving the customer's home.
I am a highly skilled home service professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry. I recently completed a job for a client who needed to order a replacement part for their dishwasher. The part was a heating element, and I ordered it from the manufacturer's website. I then installed the new heating element and tested it to ensure it was working properly. The client was very pleased with the work I performed, and I was happy to have been able to help them get their dishwasher back up and running smoothly.
We have completed your maintenance after my inspection I determined the system to be low on 410 a I topped unit off and temp split is at 20 be for filling unit I was only getting a 15 degree temp split
Refrigerant levels couldn’t be better, ac is running great, we are dealing with a ductwork issue, the crawlspace ductwork isn’t insulated and picking up all the humidity and pushing it back through the home, we only have 64 degrees coming from the vents and there’s no room the crawlspace for work to be done… I’d consider calling a general contractor to get the flooring up to get into the crawlspace easier and seeing if they are able to get to the crawlspace and ductwork.
Customer stated he changed out blow capacitor, and then his thermostat started acting weird. came out and found that his transformer was blown. Replaced transformer system was up and cooling. Customer said he’d like to talk about possible replacement come this fall.

Customer still having issues isolated the problem to the indoor stat wire. Wire ohmed out fine but was still having issues. If he's unable to an installe crew needs to return.

Spoke to customer upon arrival. Expressed concern about multiple leaks in faucets. Also expressed concern about sump pump pit. Was not able to detect any leak in master bath sink. Found that head in faucet for laundry is completely clogged. Customer stated that he will put it in vinegar to see if it fixes. I was able to clean out aerator and tighten up handle on kitchen faucet. Found that sump pump pit in basement is a 5 gallon bucket and is causing the sump pump float to get stuck on side of bucket. Also found that softener was not fully set up. Customer does not know how long softener was installed Gave customer estimates for replacing some pump pit with proper pit. Replacing sump pump. Replacing softener and adding iron filter onto softener. Customer stated that he wants to call original installer of softener.
Fuse blown again. Ohmed out low voltage again no issues replaced fuse and unit cycled without tripping. Disconnected h.p. low voltage temporarily to see if it resolves the issue.
