I am a highly skilled home service professional. I recently completed a heating maintenance job for a client. The job included cleaning the flame sensor, spark igniter, air filter, and combustion burners. I also verified that the heat rise was good and that the humidifier should be turned on when temperatures start dropping to experience full quality heat.
I was called to replace a faulty element in a customer's home. After inspecting the appliance, I determined that the element needed to be replaced. I removed the old element and installed a new one, ensuring that it was properly connected and functioning. I tested the appliance to ensure that it was working correctly before leaving the customer's home.
I am a highly skilled home service professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry. I recently completed a job for a client who needed to order a replacement part for their dishwasher. The part was a heating element, and I ordered it from the manufacturer's website. I then installed the new heating element and tested it to ensure it was working properly. The client was very pleased with the work I performed, and I was happy to have been able to help them get their dishwasher back up and running smoothly.
We have completed your maintenance after my inspection I determined the system to be low on 410 a I topped unit off and temp split is at 20 be for filling unit I was only getting a 15 degree temp split
Refrigerant levels couldn’t be better, ac is running great, we are dealing with a ductwork issue, the crawlspace ductwork isn’t insulated and picking up all the humidity and pushing it back through the home, we only have 64 degrees coming from the vents and there’s no room the crawlspace for work to be done… I’d consider calling a general contractor to get the flooring up to get into the crawlspace easier and seeing if they are able to get to the crawlspace and ductwork.
