NEED AARON TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE EVAPORATOR COIL AND LINE DRIER FOR A/C SYSTEM. COLLECT PAYMENT WHEN COMPLETE. Replaced evaporator coil and tested cooling works
Coil frozen on arrival due a leaking evaporator. Thawed coil and topped off refrigerant for temporary cooling. Put in parts request for evaporator coil.

Plumbing maintenance. Asked if there were any concerns. Checked water pipes for leaks. Checked condition of t&p valve. Flushed sediment out of tank. Radon test read 2.43pci

Cleaned condenser. Checked air filter. Checked and adjusted dampers and supply vents. System is working correctly now.
