I was called to a home to install a furnace. When I arrived, I noticed that the furnace box was not installed correctly. I called the customer and informed them of the issue. They agreed to have the installation crew come back to fix the issue. I did not charge the customer for the installation crew's return visit.
I was called to a home to check on a cooling issue. Upon arrival, I found that the static pressure was high on the return side, indicating a problem with the air circulation. I explained to the client that we would need to inspect the system further to determine the cause of the problem and provide a solution. I also informed them that we would be in touch with pricing for any necessary repairs.
I was called to a home to address a unit freezing issue. Upon arrival, I found that all the supply vents in the finished basement were closed, and the return drop was covered with a cheater vent. I opened the vents, and the subcooling was good, but the temperature split was not optimal. I adjusted the supply and return air dampers to improve the airflow and temperature distribution. I also checked the condensate drain and found that it was clogged, so I cleared it out and tested the system to ensure it was working properly.
NEED AARON TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE EVAPORATOR COIL AND LINE DRIER FOR A/C SYSTEM. COLLECT PAYMENT WHEN COMPLETE. Replaced evaporator coil and tested cooling works
Coil frozen on arrival due a leaking evaporator. Thawed coil and topped off refrigerant for temporary cooling. Put in parts request for evaporator coil.
