I was called to a home to repair a broken air conditioner. Upon arrival, I found that the unit was completely frozen over and had shut down. After completing the repairs, I tested the system to ensure it was working properly. The customer was very pleased with the service and thanked me for my help.
I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I recently completed a job cleaning the coils of an evaporator in a residential home. The coils were covered in a thick layer of fine debris, including dust, dirt, and even some mold. To clean the coils, I used a coil cleaner that is specifically designed to remove these particles. The process involved spraying the coil cleaner onto the coils and then using a brush to scrub the debris away. It was a time-consuming process, but it was necessary to ensure that the coils were clean and efficient. After cleaning the coils, I tested the system to ensure that the air was flowing properly through the coils. I also checked for any leaks or damage that may have been caused during the cleaning process. Overall, cleaning the coils of an evaporator is a critical task that should be done regularly to ensure that the system is operating at its best. If you are experiencing issues with your air conditioning system, it may be time to

I replaced the filter and cleaned the drain line, ensuring that the system was functioning properly. I also set up a monthly filter change schedule for the customer and recommended a furnace and coil cleaning for the next visit.
