Service was great. I needed my sump pump and toilet fixed. Anthony explained what they planned to do and provided estimated costs. They were ready to start the work before I was ready. :) Anthony came back when I was ready. He performed his work timely. When Anthony was done he walked me through his steps to replace/fix both issues. He explained a few things to look out for if my sump pump is running too long. The condition of the furnace filter and evaporator coil was assessed, and we recorded the blower amp draw. We also ensured proper airflow by inspecting the cleanliness of the condenser coil outside. Additionally, we examined the electrical components of the condenser for any signs of burnt or loose wires and verified the microfarad readings on the capacitor. Finally, we confirmed that the refrigerant pressures were within the correct range to guarantee optimal system performance.
