As an added service, the free water tank flush was proactively scheduled by the Dor Mar team. Preston arrived and took the time to educate me on the process and importance of maintenance, while completing the service. He was personable and provided quick efficient service that was greatly appreciated.
James was on time, nice, and well-spoken. He explained the process and got to work! The price was fair. I was glad that James was also able to clean our long dryer vent (another company I called for duct and vent cleaning did not do dryer vent cleaning).

They were ready to start the work before I was ready. :) Anthony came back when I was ready. He performed his work timely. When Anthony was done he walked me through his steps to replace/fix both issues. He explained a few things to look out for if my sump pump is running too long. The condition of the furnace filter and evaporator coil was assessed, and we recorded the blower amp draw. We also ensured proper airflow by inspecting the cleanliness of the condenser coil outside. Additionally, we examined the electrical components of the condenser for any signs of burnt or loose wires and verified the microfarad readings on the capacitor. Finally, we confirmed that the refrigerant pressures were within the correct range to guarantee optimal system performance.
