NEED TO INSTALL 600M HUMIDIFIER, REME HALO UV AIR PURIFIER AND EZ TRAP CUT OFF SWITCH. COLLECT PAYMENT WHEN COMPLETE.
Radon levels high. Water heater flushed good, suggest mitigation and maybe a drain cleaning, also gave a in person rough quote to rerun his gas lines if needed
Plumbing maintenance. Asked if there were any plumbing concerns. Checked for any leaks. Drained sediment out of tank. Radon level read 0.78
No failing parts on the 2020 Bryant high efficient up flow furnace. Cleaned flame sensor, vacuumed blower & inducer cabinets, amp draws on both motors are in spec along with ohms on the igniter. Order of operations happened in the proper sequence and the system is operating optimally after maintenance. Customer will be getting an new filter, and the ducts are very clean.
Bad thermocouple. POF for new pilot assembly
Checked system and setting. Checked all connections on the low voltage wires at the air handler and condenser. Adjusted thermostat settings and reset condenser. Blowing good heat no.
