Both units are working unsure of cause of issue. Unit for 5th floor was working fine nobody knew why there was a call checked offices to make sure heat was on and set to 70 first floor unit was running when I got up on roof. Sending estimate to replace tstat

Returned to install regulator and we received the wrong regulator. Need a 1/2” regulator.
Gas regulator completely cover in snow and ice and froze up. Removed snow and ice from regulator. Sending over estimate for new regulator
