Guys showed up on time and were communicative throughout the process not to mention did great work also cleaned up after themselves can’t even tell someone installed a whole new unit.
Preston was friendly, explained everything, and was very professional.
They did what they where supposed to do they even came back twice in one day to fix my furnace everything seem to be working great!!
Steve did a great job replacing my heat exchanger! He took his time making sure everything was done right while explaining things to me as he was receiving calls from other employees and his boss. Very professional and made sure to clean up after himself.
Dave was polite and shared his findings with excellent information. He worked with me on pricing a new air conditioner. I would refer him to friends.

Made multiple calls late last night and finally my last call was to Dor Mar, I had a prompt response, a real person to talk to and within the hour our service tech Dave Atha was in our house checking out our furnace. Dave was the man, and even left and came back with four space heaters to help us out. Couldn't ask for a better tech or experience.
Dave was very knowledgeable, personal and explained what he did very well. Do feel the return service call should not be quite as high since the part was not available. This of course is not in Dave’s control and has nothing to do with his service! Please have Dave do our future maintenance.
We were very happy with the service we received from our technician, Brian. The service was done very professionally in a timely manner. Everything done was explained in order to let me know the purpose of what he was doing. Having worked in home service and new construction all my life, I was very impressed by Brian. This technician came out late at night, when the heating unit quit working last winter and the Zanesville company that installed it, wouldn't come out when their new installed Trane system broke in the late evening. Brian came back yesterday to do a service check, so we do not have any issues again this winter. GREAT JOB! I highly recommend Dormar.

I was a home service technician who was called to a customer's home to install an air conditioner. When I arrived, I found that the customer had already purchased the air conditioner and had the necessary tools to install it. However, the customer did not have the necessary card processing equipment to complete the transaction. I waived the card processing fee for the customer and completed the installation. The customer was very grateful for my help and was impressed with my professionalism. I was able to complete the installation in a timely manner and the customer was able to use their air conditioner without any issues. Overall, it was a successful installation and I was happy to be able to help the customer.
I arrived at the customer's home to find a drain pan that had separated from the evaporator coil and was dripping water into the system. The evaporator coil was dirty, which may have contributed to the separation. The unit would occasionally freeze up during cooler days due to a lack of airflow across the coil. The system was a 4-ton unit installed in a 2400-square-foot house. I recommended downsizing to a 3 1/2-ton unit to provide adequate cooling. The customer signed an estimate to have the equipment installed on Monday.
Client said outdoor unit wouldn’t turn on so they shut off the thermostat, showed up, turned on the thermostat. Outdoor unit was humming, noted that the capacitor was extremely bad condition, replaced capacitor, unit fired right up achieved a great temp split
Warranty: NEED DEREK TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE TXV AND LINE DRIER FOR EVAPORATOR COIL. TXV IS UNDER WARRANTY. COLLECT PAYMENT FOR LABOR WHEN COMPLETE.
Outside coil was dirty when I got here the control board was giving me code 93 and code 20, which is twinning fault and control fault reset furnace system kicked on had high head pressure outside. Coil was dirty. I cleaned it up. Head pressure dropped. System is working fine. Had a 23° temp split.
Warranty: NEED DEREK TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE BLOWER MOTOR, CONTROL BOARD AND TRANSFORMER FOR FURNACE. PARTS AND LABOR ARE UNDER WARRANTY.
Evap coil rusted out leaked all refrigerant out of system compressor is shot sent over estimate
Need to order a Txv Txv is sticking got unit to work at this time but need to get out and change out txv

NEED SWONGER TO RETURN TO REPLACE GFCI OUTLET. SWONGER WILL NEED TO GET A PO FROM CHRIS V BEFORE HEADING TO JOB SITE. COLLECT PAYMENT WHEN COMPLETE. Change out GFI on porch. GFI is working properly tested it. Everything is good.
Completed ac maintenance system is up and running properly ready for summer season
Ac in bad shape and low on R22, customer bought new unit to be installed Monday morning. Accidentally broke igniter while looking at furnace filled out part order form and left a note in there for Chris just send igniter with installers to put it in while they're there Monday installing the air conditioner to save us an extra trip out there.
