The tech was very pushy saying “ if your system doesn’t break down this year than it will next “ then said if we wait much longer it will probably be an additional 2-5 thousand. He then asked to use our hose to spray the outside unit and left our water running! We found out a few hours later when I went out to use it ! We have used dormar for an inspection for many and have never had this experience with any other techs !

Cody and his partner were AWESOME & saved the day. Had to be the coldest day of the year and the furnace had to be replaced!!! They came in worked diligently and efficiently to get the old out and new in record time!!!! Left no mess and the house is feeling warmer already!!! Thanks Guys!!!!

I scheduled the customer's yearly plumbing maintenance for their hot water tank.
Tripped rollout switch. Selling new system he will get ahold of Steve
Spoke to customer upon arrival. Expressed concern about not having water due to busted pipe and wall. Found busted pipe on 90 going to washer underneath into basement replaced with pex had to run to the copper line due to not getting good connection on CPVC. Tested to find out leaks this time. Customer paid with card
NEED TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE GAS VALVE FOR FURNACE. COLLECT PAYMENT WHEN COMPLETE.
Unit not heating. When I arrived unit would run just fine for a couple minutes then flame would go out and it would restart. Checked for proper draining. Checked pressure switch tubes for clogged. Tapped on pressure switch. After tapping on switch unit ran fine. Turned unit on and off 4 times and unit ran fine every time. Checked exhaust pipes for freezing. Cleaned flame sensor. Put in parts order form for new pressure switch.
No failed parts on the 2007 mid efficient Rheem upflow furnace. Inducer motor is showing signs and sounds of failure with a somewhat low amp draw. Passed combustion analyzer, cleaned flame sensor, inside of furnace is dirty. Advising replacement, but sending repair costs to keep this one running.
