I recently completed an A/C and furnace replacement for a customer in the 12345 zip code area. The job involved removing the old units, installing the new ones, and ensuring that everything was properly connected and functioning. The customer was very pleased with the results and expressed gratitude for the professional and efficient service I provided.
I was called to a home to inspect a broken air conditioner. After inspecting the unit, I discovered that the compressor had failed after 30 years of operation. The client wanted to replace the air conditioner, but I recommended replacing both the air conditioner and furnace at the same time to ensure safe comfort. The client agreed to replace both units, and I provided them with a quote for the replacement.
I was called to a home in the city to repair a leaking AC unit. The condenser coil was heavily corroded and could not be repaired. The furnace was 30 years old and had water damage. The furnace and condenser had to be replaced. I was unable to reach the customer's service department, so I called the company and spoke with a representative who approved a return trip to do a leak search. The service call approval number is NNA382.
Showed up to no cool call, found that blower motor was bad and control board was fried. From water dripping from evaporator coil. Client said that they’re going to try to see what they can get from the company who installed it, but if they don’t like what they hear then they are moving forward with furnace replacement with us.
Performed ac maintenance, checked indoor air flow and changed filter, checked outdoor and cleaned condenser, achieved 17° temp split
Spoke to customer upon arrival. Customer expressed concern about water heater, not lighting. Found basement under water. Also found leak on tank itself. Gave customer options from tankless to warranty. Customer chose to go with warranty. Got warranty through Rheem took original water heater back to Home Depot. Exchanged it return and installed new warranty water heater. Customer pay with card
