Justin worked with Rheem to replace multiple inverter boards to no avail. Finally, he was able to convince them that a replacement unit was the proper solution.. Well done Justin thank you for your persistence and trying to get the unit running and for finally arranging for a replacement!

The warranty was still valid, so I ordered a replacement blower motor. I ensured all necessary parts were on hand and scheduled the installation for the next available service window. The customer was informed about the warranty coverage and the expected timeline for the repair.
We successfully completed the installation of a mini split system, ensuring all parts and labor were included in the service. The installation process began with a thorough assessment of the space to determine the optimal placement for both the indoor and outdoor units. After mounting the indoor unit on the wall, we carefully ran the necessary refrigerant lines and electrical connections.
