Justin worked with Rheem to replace multiple inverter boards to no avail. Finally, he was able to convince them that a replacement unit was the proper solution.. Well done Justin thank you for your persistence and trying to get the unit running and for finally arranging for a replacement!
Justin has tried heroically to replace one inverter board after another without success for keeping the system up and running. It is time to have the Rheem field team review the equipment on site and replace the unit if unsuccessful in getting to run continuously.
Justin came to the house as the air conditioning unit was not cooling. This even on a holiday weekend, Memorial weekend, and a Sunday at that. Kudos to Justin for the extra effort!
Justin had the technical knowledge and patience to diagnose a power fluctuation problem with our A/C unit and installed a voltage regulator to obviate future safety shutdowns. Outstanding work!
Service tech was polite, well knowledge and took his time to explain what the issue was
I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I recently completed a job in which I installed a 3-ton air conditioning system in a chemical room. The job required running flex ductwork to the front registers while relocating water lines to accommodate the ducts. Additionally, I installed four new grills in front of the building. I provided the customer with an estimate for the work and they were satisfied with the results.
I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I recently completed a job for a customer who was experiencing issues with their air conditioning system. The system was not cooling properly, and the thermostat was not working correctly. After inspecting the system, I found that the brazed in lines were not properly connected, and the thermostat was wired incorrectly. I also pulled a vacuum and checked the charge, which helped to identify the issue. To resolve the problem, I replaced the brazed in lines, wired in the thermostat correctly, and pulled a vacuum and checked the charge again. The system is now cooling properly, and the thermostat is working correctly. I sent the customer a bill for the services provided, and they were very satisfied with the results. I am proud of the work that I did, and I am confident that the customer will be happy with the results for many years to come.
