When you combine superior technical ability with persistence for exceptional results, you get the excellent service that Justin provides! We are fortunate that Justin was our person on the job for installing a new HVAC system. Well done Justin!
Justin worked with Rheem to replace multiple inverter boards to no avail. Finally, he was able to convince them that a replacement unit was the proper solution.. Well done Justin thank you for your persistence and trying to get the unit running and for finally arranging for a replacement!
Justin has tried heroically to replace one inverter board after another without success for keeping the system up and running. It is time to have the Rheem field team review the equipment on site and replace the unit if unsuccessful in getting to run continuously.
Justin came to the house as the air conditioning unit was not cooling. This even on a holiday weekend, Memorial weekend, and a Sunday at that. Kudos to Justin for the extra effort!
Justin had the technical knowledge and patience to diagnose a power fluctuation problem with our A/C unit and installed a voltage regulator to obviate future safety shutdowns. Outstanding work!
Service tech was polite, well knowledge and took his time to explain what the issue was
