This is an estimate to replace condensate pump. Pump is out of warranty. Look over estimate once signed we will schedule this. Thanks Adam Installed new condensation pump water pumping out now and not coming back into pump
Filled condensate pump up several times water coming back into pump. Check valve inside pump not holding water. Sent estimate to replace pump. Pump is not under warranty.
The plumbing maintenance involved a thorough inquiry into any existing plumbing issues. We inspected the water pipes for potential leaks and assessed the flue pipe to ensure proper ventilation. Additionally, we evaluated the condition of the temperature and pressure relief valve. Due to the age of the tank, we refrained from extracting sediment. Notably, the radon reading was measured at 1.59 pCi.
Unit is cooling today. Took apart and checked frost pattern on evaporator, found a weak frost pattern. Defrost is good. Advised to let run another 24 hours and check temp. If temp rises, heat exchanger and evaporator will need to be replaced
