I am a professional HVAC technician who works for a company called Dor-Mar Heating & Air Conditioning. I recently completed an AC maintenance job on a split unit. The unit was operating at a 18-degree temperature, and I came back this morning to fix an insulation issue on the outdoor unit. Ac maintenance everything checked out good
estimate is out of customers budget but can not go lower for amount of work needing done. this would be a 3 day job for 2 guys. hes going to get other quotes and let me know
Need to order a blower motor in the relay board cannot check system out without blower motor working
Units condensate line was clogged. Took head unit apart and cleaned out and unit is now draining job complete
Customer stated door switch was smoking and tripped breaker. Found water dripping in from fresh air intake. Unhooked fresh air intake and put a paper towel in it to stop condensation. We will need to return sometime before winter to fix fresh air intake to stop leaking.
Customer was away on vacation and came home to no ac. Furnace breaker was tripped on arrival amped out blower motor and checked capacitor. No issues found ac is running great at this time.
