I recently completed a job installing an Aprilaire 600 M humidifier. The humidifier was installed in a home in the suburbs of Chicago, IL. The installation process included removing the old humidifier, installing the new Aprilaire 600 M, and connecting it to the home's ductwork. I also provided a 1-year warranty on the installation and labor.
I arrived at the client's home to perform gas furnace maintenance. I completed the checklist and found that the unit was working properly. I tested the thermostat, checked the air filter, and cleaned the burners. I also checked the gas pressure and adjusted it as needed. I also checked the electrical connections and replaced any worn or damaged parts. Finally, I tested the unit again to ensure that it was working properly. The client was very satisfied with the work and thanked me for my professionalism and attention to detail.

Arrive, went to thermostat. It was calling for AC, with the furnace checked filter filter was dirty. Left filter out blower was running, went to condenser found. Compressor was running, but fan was not, found capacitor bad replaced capacitor sprayed off coil turned back on unit checked pressures had a 18° split.
Arrived, found that unit was frozen, checked if fan was working the fan was barely working, check control board found it wasn’t sending enough power to motor need new control board and motor could be bad when control board is replaced
Arrive, check temp drop and we had a 20° temp drop, found that blower motor was on a low speed put it to the high speed, went to top floor and 58° coming out of supply vent
Repaired wiring to capacitor on York system. Cleaned both condenser coils. R22 system is low after cleaning coils. Sent estimate to replace older carrier system. York system is cooling good now. Pressures were good. Temp inside is at 68.
