Great on time,friendly,completed job explained what he done.helped me correct thermostat problem.
Everything went very smooth. Only thing I found is that they didn't clean up the PVC pipe shavings all around the system. I got them swept up and cleaned.
Great service from Gary I also like Wes and also like Willie they are very professional and do their job well.

Alan Melville came and performed my regular service maintenance on my air conditioner. He gave me a call about 15 minutes ahead of time to notify me of his arrival. Alan was friendly, prompt, and thorough on his inspection of our AC unit. Nothing like having the peace of mind to know the units you purchased are being serviced and inspected annually to avoid issues in the future. I have used Dor Mar for the past 30 years, and we will continue to do so. We have found the company to be honest and upfront in all of their dealings with us over the years.

Filter is clogged, but the filter is too thick for the unit. Customer is using a Merv 14 for this unit with a new filter in the blower motor is struggling to push air out. Customer needs a thinner Mer eight filter to run this unit correctly.

Arrived, checked unit operation, checked amps and ohms on motor and compressor, checked ac temperature differential, checked coil, checked units pressures, everything working as should.
AC is running good, can’t get it to fail so there’s nothing we can do at the time
Warranty: NEED CALOB TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE CONTROL BOARD FOR AIR HANDLER AND THE CONTROL BOARD FOR HEAT PUMP. BOTH BOARDS ARE UNDER WARRANTY. COLLECT PAYMENT WHEN COMPLETE.
Ac maintenance. Asked if there were any concerns. Checked condition of furnace filter and evaporator coil. Took reading of blower amp draw. Checked for clean condenser coil outside to ensure proper airflow. Checked electrical on condenser for any burnt or loose wires. Checked mfd readings on capacitor. Made sure refrigerant pressures read correctly.
Completed tank flush system is running properly did not test for radon due to being a trailer
We conducted your annual furnace inspection today, checking all amp draws and voltage transfer. We cleaned the flame sensor and wiped out the furnace, ensuring all wire connections were tight. Following our inspection, we confirmed that the furnace is working properly and correctly at this time The filter that is in the unit is a merv 14 and is to thick for the unit and will cause issues in the future if not changed every 30 days this is probably the reason the fan is pulling 9.2 amp draw
