I successfully replaced the bake element in the oven. The process began with disconnecting the power supply to ensure safety. I then removed the oven racks and the back panel to access the bake element. After identifying the faulty element, I carefully detached it using the appropriate tools. The new element was installed by reversing the steps, ensuring all connections were secure and the back panel was properly reattached. I tested the oven to confirm the new element was functioning correctly, restoring full baking capability. The job was completed efficiently, with attention to detail to ensure the highest quality service.
Cleared out obstruction in sewer line This apartment complex a one through 88 is having backup issues from the main sewer line. This price is for two hours and the serve machine to be room to clear all obstruction and pipe to get things back in proper flowing order. We are not responsible for damages.

Service technician called out to service a stove/oven in New Lexington OH
I scheduled a service call for a non-working electric furnace in New Lexington, Ohio.
Showed up to find system operational, spoke with client about what was going on. Client stated that when it’s super cold outside, the heat pump outside will blow out cool air, inspected air filter and found an air filter to be extremely dirty. Heat pumps traditionally do not keep up well in extremely cold weather, which is why they have emergency heat, recommended client to keep emergency heat on while it was super cold outside, and when it begins to warm back up to turn the system back onto regular heat. Tried to call multiple different people to get someone out there to replace the air filter, no one answered any of the phone calls, system needs an air filter put in it and I did not carry one on my truck for that size.
Outdoor fan more has failed. Spoke with Maintenance he said he has another motor and will install it tomorrow. Customer is currently on emergency heat.
