This price is to remove old unit and replace with new tankless unit. Tankless is the high sufficiency water heater you can buy. We will have to run venting outside. Run waterlines to unit. Run new outlet for water heater.
Spoke to customer upon arrival. Express concern about water heater not staying lit. Found that flu was installed incorrectly. What he still wanted to back draft. Recommended replacement. Customer went ahead with tankless option. Collected half down

Evap coil is completely clogged and needs cleaned. Incorrect filters are being used and need to be replaced more frequently.
High pressure failed preventing system from running bypassed switch and tested cooling works. Evap coil is also dirty, filter is too small and needs replaced with correct size to keep the coil clean.
