I was called to a home to repair a broken shower valve. I supplied and installed a Delta shower valve and repaired a broken vent. I also set the shower pan and tied in the drain.
I replaced 8 feet of 1-inch copper pipe and added a dielectric union and ball valve for future repairs. I also installed a spacer between the copper pipe and the air duct to prevent further electrolysis. The drywall repair will need to be done by the customer. I completed the repair and tested it, and everything is working properly.
I am a highly skilled home service professional who recently completed a project for a client. The project involved installing a new kitchen faucet and sink. The client was very pleased with the results, and I was able to complete the job in a timely manner and within budget. I am proud of the work I performed and look forward to completing more projects in the future.
I am a skilled professional that works for a Dor-Mar Heating & Air Conditioning company. I was recently assigned to a job at a residential home in the city. The furnace was not working properly, so I went to the home to inspect it. I found that the furnace was running great with no issues found. I made the necessary repairs and tested the furnace to ensure it was working properly. The homeowner was very happy with the service and thanked me for my help.
I was called to a customer's home to repair a broken air conditioner. Upon arrival, I found that the unit was not cooling properly. After inspecting the unit, I discovered that the condenser coil was frozen over. I thawed the coil with a heat gun and then cleaned the unit thoroughly. I also replaced the air filter and checked the refrigerant levels. The customer was very pleased with the work I performed and thanked me for my help.
