I've been using Dor Mar for my business HVAC, and they always been great. So when my AC unit at my house went out, my first instinct is to get Dor Mar to my house. I lived kinda far out in Delaware, but they did not hesitate to send a technician out to me. They got the job done fast, professional and good price. Definitely would recommend Dor Mar to anyone!
DorMar was great giving next day service on a frozen AC. Brandon took care on the inspection and gave me my options. I went with the lesser of two evils, but did enroll in their service plan. Great job guys!

Brad went above and beyond to take care of the issues I had. The previous installer (not Dor Mar) really didn’t do a good job and Brad took the time to remedy a few air leaks. Greatly appreciate him looking out for us.

Well truthfully I had a few issues in the beginning and they were honest mistakes. What I love the most is that Cindy and Drew were so customer focused they made everything right and I will absolutely recommend and use Dor Mar again. In a world of technology it’s the people that make the difference. Cindy is a great asset to your company, good employees are hard to find nowadays. Thanks again Cindy, you kept your word and backed it up by sending Drew. I debated even emailing my concerns but I’m glad I did. Cindy called me right away and stated she would make good on her and boy did she. I’m not use to that with other company’s and typically write them off. Dormar came through for me when we were really in a bind. They worked with Columbia Gas schedule to complete the work on a furnace. Willie is very experienced and service is his forte. We plan to use Dormar for annual service and any replacements in the future, highly recommend them for HVAC service.

Completed ac maintenance system is working properly but in rough shape customer is selling property unit is running fine for new buyer
AC is empty on refrigerant, system hold 15.5 pounds and will be quite pricey to repair
Changed filters and checked operation of sequence.
Roads are closed can’t get into any road around jimmy johns.pausing need to reschedule . Sent estimates for leaning condenser coil and adding dye to system and adding 3 lbs of refrigerant. Recommend replacing systems due to age and not wing cost effective to repair these systems.
Unit not cooling. Checked operation and found everything running as it should be. Connected gauges to check refrigerant pressures and found system low on refrigerant. Found nut on evaporator coil a loose. Tightened up nut and added 5lbs of 410a to system. System is cooling properly now. Let customer know when we come out for ac maintenance we will check pressures and if we loose charge we will add dye then when the weather is warmer out.

Compressor is pulling high amps, over heating and shutting off. Causing intermittent cooling. Part is under warranty, customer needs to call manufacturer and will need reimbursed for services
Plumbing maintenance. Asked if there were any plumbing issues in house. Checked operation of hot water tank. Checked for any leaks on water pipes. Checked glue pipe for proper ventilation. Flushed sediment out of tank. Took radon reading and level was 3.59

No failing parts on the tall 50 gallon electric Bradford white water heater. Turned off power to equipment, flushed sediment, inspected shut off valve & F&SF valve to be clean with no leaks. The expansion tank is working properly and the system is operating properly after maintenance. Radon Level is 3 picocuries. Advising radon mitigation.
Found. Cooler at -1 degree. Set at -7 degrees. Noticed compressor was extremely hot and cooler was pushed within 1” from wall. Pulled out another couple inches so cooler could breathe. Cooler dropped to -7 and satisfied within 10 minutes.
