Unit had a communication error. Reset unit system up and running
Spoke to customer upon arrival. Expressed concern about leaking water behind refrigerator. Found pinhole leak in refrigerator icemaker line. Cut out pinhole leak and cup line back together. Tested to find no more leaks this time.
When they are changing there filters they are only changing one. Filter for back unit was completely clogged causing unit to over heat. Replaced filter with one provided. Job complete
