NEED TREVON TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE CAPACITOR AND ADD REFRIGERANT TO A/C UNIT. COLLECT PAYMENT WHEN COMPLETE.
Gave customer estimate to replace both hose bibs in front and back of house. Customer went with it also gave customer estimates for water heater. Customer did not want to proceed on that.
Performed plumbing maintenance. Completely flushed water heater. Water heater is 12 years old. Recommendedgg replacement. Radon levels was low. Gave customer estimate to replace both hose bibs customer went with estimate.

Cap on suction line did not have a seal in it put new cap on and pressurized the system and it held at 243 psi I vacuumed the system to 545 microns and put 4.6 410a in unit
We have completed your annual AC inspection after my inspection of your amp draws homes, pressures, clean outside coil and change your furnace filter. I have determined that the system is working properly incorrectly.
