Arrived ran unit in ac and found condenser fan wasn’t running, checked capacitor and found it bad, replaced it and checked pressures, unit had a 55 degrees supply
Ac is running good, no issues with anything, system ready for the summer
Arrived, put gauges on unit found unit was low on charge added 2lb of refrigerant, found Schrader valves on suction and discharge was loose cleaned outside coil

Job was about not getting cool air to the second floor. The a/c is working good. Basement is partially finished so I checked what dampers I could and showed the tenant how to redirect air to the second floor
Ac system is running great and radon levels are low 0.56

Performed plumbing maintenance. Customer expressed concern about having leak under sink and bathroom. Upon arrival area was completely dry. All nuts and washers were tight. Ran water still found no leak. Performed water heater, flush and plumbing inspection. Everything tested out perfect Customer had concerns about calcium in water. Gave customer estimate for RO system and water filter.
Unit not heating. Tried lighting pilot light and it went out immediately. Based off the age and condition of system best option would be replacing unit. Heat exchanger in system is completely rusted, has a high chance of leaking c02. Sent over estimate for unit replacement.
