I recently completed a comprehensive installation of a high-efficiency heating system. This project included a 10-year warranty covering all parts and labor. The system features a 10 kW heat pack, ensuring efficient heating, and an advanced air handler for optimal air circulation. The installation was meticulously executed to guarantee peak performance and reliability.
Upon inspection, the secondary heat exchanger was found to be clogged, preventing the unit from functioning properly. I carefully unclogged the heat exchanger, ensuring all debris was removed. After the unclogging process, I successfully got the unit up and running. However, I noticed severe damage caused by condensation within the furnace. I informed the customer about this issue and provided a detailed estimate for the necessary repairs. My goal was to ensure the unit operates efficiently while addressing potential future concerns.
System has lost its charge and is completely frozen. Indoor unit is only running on 10kw and may trouble keeping the home warm. High recommend system replacement due to repair costs and parts availability.
System was low on refrigerant I added refrigerant and got my sub cooling to about 10 and my temp split was around 18
