In the extreme heat, our air conditioner went out. David went above and beyond and triple checked everything just to see if we could fix the problem without having to replace everything. He was super thorough and walked us through all the steps. In the end, we got a new unit and he arranged everything and provided us with multiple options. We were thankful for the education and for the wonderful customer service.

Completed ac maintenance system is new and running good
Plumbing maintenance. Asked if there were any concerns. Checked water pipes for leaks. Checked condition of t&p valve. Flushed sediment out of tank. Radon reading was high 5.54pci

new motor we installed has bad bearings in it. Please schedule us out here next thursday to install new motor. Motor is under warranty labor is not
Couldn’t flush tank due to crushed drain valve. Tank is 1 year old, homeowners believe their cousin who installed it may not have been licensed. Radon is at 3 picocuries, advising mitigation.

Furthermore, we carefully inspected the condition of the heat exchanger, ensuring that it met all required standards. In addition, we checked ohms on hot surface igniter to guarantee its proper functioning. Lastly, we tested the overall operation of the system to ensure optimal performance.
No heat call. Checked operation of system and found inducer motor bad. Used inspection camera and found rust and holes in heat exchanger. Recommend new unit due to age and problems system is having.
