The issue ended up being a stripped screw and not a need for a full replacement of the motor. And the pricing was almost 2 times higher than another service provider. Very discouraging.

In the extreme heat, our air conditioner went out. David went above and beyond and triple checked everything just to see if we could fix the problem without having to replace everything. He was super thorough and walked us through all the steps. In the end, we got a new unit and he arranged everything and provided us with multiple options. We were thankful for the education and for the wonderful customer service.

* client had us out for a plumbing inspection today. * We inspected all the toilets in the bathrooms flushed them. We ensured there was no water at the base. We did not notice any water at the supply line. * We inspected all laboratory faucets in the home. All of them worked great. Faucet turned on and off with ease. We did not notice anything wrong with the p-trap underneath as well. * We inspected the tub and showers. No shower heads were dripping. We turn them on and off. We got nice. Good hot water. * Water heater wasn't electric water heater. We flushed it. It was 2 years old and we informed the client that there is a small possibility it can crack. They did sign the waiver. * Once we were finished up we did a radon test the radon read at 2.3. we are good to go.
