NEED TO SEND AARON BACK TO REPLACE THE EVAPORATOR COIL AND INSTALL A TXV FOR A/C UNIT. PARTS AND LABOR ARE UNDER WARRANTY. NO CHARGE FOR REFRIGERANT. NO CHARGE TO CUSTOMER. Evaporator coil needs reworked along with plenum. Coil is pushed to far forward allowing air to bypass the backside of coil. Coil is temporarily taped until we can return for repairs.
NEED SWONGER TO RETURN TO REPLACE TXV. TECH WILL NEED TO BACK UP THE REFER INTO THE COMPRESSOR AND USE EXISTING REFER. TXV IS UNDER WARRANTY. COLLECT PYMENT WHEN COMPLETE. Changed out TXV and line dryer had an 18° temp split and was still going down. System is working properly.
Check blower speed and static pressures no issues found. The txv is stuck and not metering refrigerant.
Coil is flooded and metering device isn't working. Put request for new coil and txv

Low pressures on arrival blower was running at low stage cooling. I had adjusted to run in high and topped off charge, also added dye to system. Told homeowner homeowner to follow if this doesn't resolve the issue.

- smp paid for ahead of time Furnace fuse blown on arrival. Traced the issue down to a faulty contactor. Installed replacement and tested cooling works great.
Compressor is kicking the breaker need to order a compressor
Spoke to customer upon arrival. Provided estimate for venting of water heater. Found venting on flexible hose now. Causing a Backdraft into house. Gave customer options from tankless to replacing water heater. To replacing flue. Customer wanted to email options to go over further.
Flushed hwt. Informed customer that it's not venting properly and needs to be corrected. Also recommended installing a sediment filter for the well.
