Rubber coupler was loose and causing condensation to leak into cabinet. Flue pipe is sagging and needs strapped. Condensate pump should be removed and drain piped out in pvc. The roll out was tripped on arrival. Fired the furnace in high stage for 20min ran a combustion test everything came out normal and the burners look great. Recommended checking again in a couple weeks.

I was called to a home in the city to replace the plumbing under the kitchen sink. The client had noticed a leak and wanted to have it fixed before it caused any further damage. I arrived at the house and inspected the area. The pipes were old and rusted, and the leak was coming from a joint in the pipe. I removed the old pipes and replaced them with new ones, ensuring that they were properly sealed and connected. I also replaced the faucet and cleaned up the area. The client was very satisfied with the work, and I was happy to have been able to help them with their plumbing issue.
I was called to a home to fix a broken air conditioner. When I arrived, I found that the heat in the living room and bathroom was not working.
